I got sick after eating here. My wife, sister and I went there in hopes of good decent clean food. What we got was soy sauce and chili sauce infused stale ingredients tossed together. Service was also poor. Never visiting again.

Enjoyed Inchin, particularly the Burnt Garlic Chili Fried Rice, Chicken 65, and Black Pepper Beef. Perfect spice levels and sophisticated flavors throughout. Highly recommend for an exceptional dining experience. Can’t wait to return.

Horrible service- the person who picks up call- just hangs up. The owner should know this- “ call made on 2/7/24 at 7:39pm first a lady picked up and then transfer to a man without acknowledging me and then the guy hangs up”

Title: Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations!Review:I recently dined at Inchin's Bamboo Garden in Irvine, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Shivam. His professionalism and dedication to his role as a busser/server were evident from the moment we were seated. Shivam’s courteous manner, attentiveness to detail, and genuine kindness made our dining experience truly memorable. What stood out to me was Shivam’s unassuming nature; he wasn’t driven by the expectation of tips, but rather, his motivation seemed to stem from a sincere desire to ensure guests had the best experience possible. His proactive approach to service, from ensuring our glasses were always full to answering our queries about the menu with patience and a smile, significantly contributed to the pleasant ambiance of our meal. It’s rare to encounter someone who excels in their role with such grace and humility, and Shivam is indeed a valuable asset to Inchin's Bamboo Garden. His commitment to excellence and making guests feel genuinely cared for is commendable. This level of service deserves recognition, and I am more than happy to recommend dining at this establishment not only for the delicious food but also for the outstanding service provided by Shivam.Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning, not just for the great food but also in hope of experiencing Shivam's wonderful service again.

It didn't have authentic Chinese food. The chicken tasted like it was imitation.

Great food. But don't order the baby corn appetizer. That was the only thing I didn't like. It was too hard and deep fried. Cocktails are awesome.

First let’s talk about positives and then negatives.positives:- atmosphere and presentation is amazing, both for dine in and take out.- cocktail menu/collection was nice and innovative- food had good flavour and tastenegatives:- service, they are kind, however it felt like there was barely even one server, from the amount of time it took for them to take our order, to also forgetting our dessert, as well as not checking in with us, nor refilling our water, nor asking us how everything is going. just basic service industry qualities were missing here. now if it was busy, i would understand a little, but there were only 3 parties in the whole room, so …- portions for some of the times we got were very disappointing. i’m talking specifically about the momos(dumplings) i can’t fathom how 8 dollars for 3 small dumplings is acceptable in any world.- also this is the second time that mango lassi and samosas have been out… how does that even make sense as a indian restaurant lol (and im indian)and as previously mentioned it wasn’t nearly busy enough for them to run outoverall the food was nice and the atmosphere was very nice and cozy. but would i go back? probably not. you can get the same if not better food elsewhere for cheaper and more of it too. this place’s atmosphere is just nice.

If you are reading this then RUN.I never leave bad reviews but I had to make an exception for the spectacularly bad food at this restaurant. A lot of their food is READY TO EAT AND FROZEN that you can get at your Indian grocery stores. They claim to be an “Indo-Chinese” restaurant but it’s neither indo nor chinese, it’s just an unholy abomination of a restaurant.Chili Garlic it was sweet and extremely oilyCrispy Baby- extremely hard, can hurt someone if you throw it at themGarlic Naan: 100% frozen and smaller than a palmPaneer lababdar : 100% frozen and not enough to feed more than 1 personJust skip this place.

Taste is mediocre. Got 1 naan of size of my hand for 4$. When charging this much at-least give good size. It wasn’t even naan looked and tasted like paratha.

One of the worst fried rice and noodles I have ever had. I ordered burnt garlic chilli fried rice. Felt like they just sprayed chilli flakes on white rice and added some chicken. It lacked flavor and taste. The noodles was equally bad in taste. Never gonna order from inchin's again.

I got a chilli garlic chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein. The fried rice was rice with chilli flakes not even fired and chow mein was not chow mein. The worst taste I've ever had in the US. I would not recommend this place. I had left over rice at home, which I regret for not finishing up instead of the food that I paid and got here. This is Irvine location. The taste at Chino hills inchins is really good.

Beware of ordering north indian food dishes from this restaurant.I made a mistake of ordering a north indian dish 'Paneer Labbabdar' here and it is the worst tasting paneer dish by far from any restaurant serving indian cuisine.I am 100% sure that it was not eve. prepared by the chef, it was straight out of a frozen packet.Paneer was not at all eatable and gravy full of preservatives.

I haven’t been here for couple years and went for dinner day before Thanksgiving and I have a lot to say about how bad everything is. To avoid writing a long long review, I will summarize it as “you are better off skipping a meal than eat here”

I have had INDO-Chinese food in many restaurants in India, Canada and USA. I found the food taste and texture average. Nothing really stands out.Even though there were only few customers the service was very limited as there were only two employees.Atmosphere is fine.
