I’m impressed with the quality of the fabric of their shapewear! It’s super smooth, breathable, and holds everything in without feeling too tight. The compression is strong but still comfortable—I can wear it all day without any rolling or pinching. You can really feel the difference compared to other brands. Totally worth it!

Terrible experience from beginning to end. Received defective swimsuit, had to send back (at my cost), they disputed the defect, sent a replacement, lost in transit, sent replacement, also defective, sent back (at my cost), won’t refund me, gave me a partial credit toward my next purchase AS IF I would ever deal with these people again. Beware.

I called in to request whether an item was in stock and could be rush shipped. I spoke with Tiana and she provided excellent custom care. She was very patient with me and took extra steps to help get my order shipped as soon as possible. I understand that once it is out of the company's hands, it is up to the shipper to deliver as expected. Customer service is almost a lost art and I appreciate someone trying to make me happy. Keep up the good work and I will definitely be a client as long as I need your products.

These people are crooks! I would never order from them again or recommend that anyone else order from them.I purchased two shirts for my Uncle as a Christmas present. When I received the shirts they were too small for him so I did an exchange to get a size bigger. I had to pay over $20 to return the shirts to them.When I finally received exchange, they resent the same 1x shirts I had just returned even though their packing slip clearly says 2x. I reached out to them to let them know that I received the wrong size and that this was their mistake. They need to make it right. I was not going to pay shipping again for their mistake.Since then I have literally called these people over 15 times, left many messages, as well as sent many emails. To this day no one has returned a single call, message, or email. I have literally been trying to contact them for almost two months.Now, I’m just going to report them to the BBB, as well as leave public reviews of their business practices so that other customers can beware. All I needed was to have my Uncle’s shirts exchanged for the correct size, but they don’t want to pay return shipping for them sending me the wrong side shirts. Ridiculous!!!

InstantFigure and as seen on TVs InstaSlim are the same companies. I contacted them because of a problem I had with my order spoke with a customer service representative who didn't understand English very well by the name of Armida who was not able to assist me. After asking for a manager numerous times she finally agreed to transfer me but to only hang up on my face. Called back again to speak to the manager after finding out her name (Maribel) I was transferred to a voicemail that was very unprofessional. No name or anything as of you were calling someone's home this place is very unprofessional will not be ordering again.
