My sister and I came in to look at cars, and the salesman Mustafa was very helpful and informative. He spent a lot of time discussing and showing us different options. We ended up choosing the BMW X3, and Mustafa was able to find the exact color we were looking for. Mustafa was very professional and honest during our visit. He exceeded our expectations. I will be coming back here to get more cars from Mustafa, and I recommend asking for him for anyone who is looking for a new car.

I've had the pleasure of working with Jason DeMond for the past couple of years, starting with my last X7 purchase. Jason exemplifies professionalism, efficiency, and extensive knowledge in his field. The transaction process was remarkably smooth; Jason had all documents prepared in advance. His exceptional assistant team is not only friendly but also well-versed in every aspect of the car, providing assistance with app settings, thorough introductions to features, and even demonstrations. Wish I could give no stars. My X7 was with BMW for two weeks to repair a non-functional AC (why broken when car less than 2 years old?). It came back to me with a still non-functional AC (unless you like warm air blowing on you when it is 90 degrees outside). I made an appt to again have the AC fixed, and this included being told that I would have a loaner car. I waste the time to drive up there only to be told that they have overbooked the loaners and they have no idea when they will have any. Not really an option when you have a job to have no car. John Deck seemed completely unconcerned. I am still waiting for a call from the Service Manager many hours later. Sadly not my first suboptimal interaction with Irvine BMW service.

I had an incredibly disheartening experience with Irvine BMW. After purchasing a vehicle and an extended warranty for $7,000, I expected a certain level of service and coverage. However, when I brought in my vehicle due to a faulty caliper and issues with Apple CarPlay, not only was the warranty coverage denied for the caliper damage and software upgrade, but the interaction with the staff was appalling. The service advisor, Anderson Chinchilla, was informed of the issues, yet Smart Autocare declined to cover the necessary repairs. To add insult to injury, the service manager, Douglas Lance, was dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional, going as far as to curse during our interaction and coercing me to pay a diagnostic fee for issues I had previously reported. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with an automotive service center, and it's disheartening to see such service from a reputed dealership. I regret to say that I cannot recommend their services, given the lack of respect and support I received.

I had the privilege and pleasure to work with Jason DeMond and his fabulous team for my first-ever car purchase. They were incredibly patient and helpful with all of my questions and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised at what an amazing, easy, and exciting experience buying a car could be! The service from start to finish was top-notch, providing a high level of professionalism and customer service. Vas, the internet sales manager, is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Justin, in the finance department, was extremely patient and thorough in his explanation. I highly recommend Irvine BMW!

I came in to get my BMW serviced here my home dealership . And I was greeted my the Porter Jordan . Who was awesome amazing customer service very nice and helpful. Than my regular service advisor Gary is also VERY Amazing with the best Customer service . He knows what he's doing he's on it and super friendly and kind. Than Gary brought me over to the loaner department for my loaner vehicle and I was GREETED and helped by ANGEL in the Loaner department and he was also very awesome attentive and had Great customer service. He brought me vehicle quickly did a walk around and explained everything but he was very kind. These people are what makes a place like this great . I brought my car to BMW Irvine for service, and I had an extremely disappointing experience. My car was there for a total of 3 days, during which they failed to fix the issue or even provide me with an update on the status. The lack of communication and the extended wait time for a resolution left me frustrated and unsatisfied with their service.
