There is a great community of women here! The workouts are upbeat and fun. As well you get a complete workout- cardio, strength, balance; Jazzercise really provides it all in a welcoming and non- judgmental atmosphere

Jazzercise is outstanding. I have been a member over 40 years. Over those years I have been able to adapt it to my abilities. I love the music and the instructors. Everyone is so friendly and I have made wonderful friends. I look forward to each class I go too.
