Haven't been here in awhile but it's depressing in there. Long lines cause there's only one checkout and outdated clothes. Amazon counter closes early so you need to wait in a long store return counter.

This is my favorite location to shop at. Great selections. Always stocked up with new merchandise. I also like Sephora is now attached and I can also easily return items to Amazon. I always find such great items for my family here! And, any time I need to do returns, Sandy is my favorite to be helped by. She’s always so kind, fast, and is great at what she does!

Need more cashiers( and dressing rooms) when there are more than 4 customers in line.

No accomodations for handicap cutomers. No more drive up pick up. Returns are a far walk to customer service. You should know---Target doesn't just have in car pick up, they also do in car returns. Everything through their app.

The cashiers are very misleading, and rude. I heard one cashier saying to a customer she just needed an ID to sign up for the "store card" and she started entering her information, then asked him why it was asking for a social security number. He said "oh for the store's record, its safe" she eventually realized it was a credit card she was signing up for and declined.
Another cashier told me if I signed up for the Sephora rewards I would get a discount on my purchase. I agreed and signed up, she then said "oh no, I said you'd get a birthday gift". When I explained no, she did not say that she said "oh I must have been talking to someone else".
Would not shop there again, I only go in to return my Amazon purchases.
