No complaints- they opened on time, check in was easy, staff was nice (went first thing on a Saturday), lady who drew my blood, lady at the the front was a little brusque.

Nice staff who promptly opened up at 7 am. Successfully did a walk-in without appointment since getting one last minute is impossible. Facility is way too small. No privacy upon checking in re appointment details and speaking with staff about your PII as there's a tiny wait area when demand is super high, so it's very crowded between the check in space, seating or standing wait space, and kiosks. There is additional waiting area outside of the front doors but you may not hear your name called as the staff didn't venture out there when I was there. Arrival at 6:50 am and there were already about ten people before me.

Walked in with 15 min to spare, and was turned away because they weren't taking in walk-ins. Yet, the girl was spinning in her chair doing nothing, while the other was tending to a patient about their order. No one else was in there, so there's no reason she couldn't of helped me. No effort, just laziness on their part.

Hard to find. Found the other one off of Creek Rd. The Labcorp maps from Doctors needs to be updated to show correct labcorp hours and correct locations!

I had a fantastic experience at LabCorp! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease. The service was quick, professional, and the team was very attentive throughout the entire process. I left feeling confident in the care I received. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing lab work done

If I can put - I will , the lady in front desk soooo rude and mean and unprofessional in her job , I have appointment at 2:15 pm and I was there 2:14 pm, checked in and I asked her did you receive my order from Dr , she is so rude and almost shout that : No
( thankfully my Dr office is upstairs and I got printed blood work and she informed me that electronically they sent it last Monday , and it is 2:30 pm
And still she is chit chatting with others

The employees are always very rude if you don’t have an appointment they take you out of the office until they speak to you and they have bad attitude

I stopped here to drop and they help me and it was fast it's small facility and the parking is packed it's not the big parking others medical building are here using the parking lot.

I walked in exactly at 7 am without having an appointment. Very pleasant greeting from staff, received a lovely service from an extremely nice and professional lady “Hedieh” and left at 7:18 am. This was my third time experiencing excellent customer service from them.

Very bad business practices. I arrived to be told they only takes appointments but I could wait in case somebody cancel. I was there for almost 1/2 an hour, and absolutely nobody showed. After 20 minutes waiting I asked to be served since the place was completely empty. I was told they couldn’t. I pointed that the place was empty just to be told that those are the rules. I understand a business have the right to set their own business practices, but if you tell a client to wait and then you have ZERO patients for almost half an hour and you just ignore a walk in, you are telling your clients, they are not important at all. I for sure would never come back. I had my blood test there for many years, not anymore. Sadly sooner than later the disregard for the clients will take this business down.

The check-in was easy. The staff was friendly and efficient. The phlebotomist was careful not to cause any discomfort. It appeared to be a good team working together today. However, there was no water or drinking cups available or cleansing wipes in the bathroom.Otherwise, a good experience.cleansingwipess n the bathroom

Very convenient with availability of making appointments online or go walk-in and checking in on the kiosks inside. You can wait out of the office and they will text you when it’s your turn. The staff do their job with knowledge and confidence. The area is very clean and sanitized. The restroom (for taking urine samples) is perfectly clean.They accept lots of insurances including Cal-optima (Medi-Cal).

They have very bad service where they don't accommodate walk-ins on purpose !It is extremely hard to get an appointment and when we have to come as a walk in, they work very slowly and keep the appointment customer in the room for more than 15mins to make sure that the other appointment has come already . Which gives no room at all for any walk in!!
