She is a piece of work. Shallow, rude to her workers and customers. Doesn’t seem to care about them or her brand whatsoever. But why would she, I hear her husband bankrolls any venture she wants to peruse.

I ordered 2 brushes and they suck. This is not soft on the hair. The 1st times of using it, it seems ok but when you look at the brush it pulls hair off. I have lost so much hair since I ordered this brush! Don’t buy! False advertising!!!

Very disappointed with their customer service and their lack of communication. I Placed my first order for the curling iron 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my order. After a few days off receiving an auto email with the tracking info and realizing that the status from label created on the tracking number never changed to shipped or in transit. I emailed the support team to get an ETA on my order and I got a reply back from the customer support team that my order was lost and they will reship my order. (Lost or never shipped) going on week 4 and I have sent multiple emails to the support team to get a status of my order and no has got back to me to tell me where my order is. I called and of course they are not taking any customer calls at the moment and the message says to email their support team but no one has got back to me via email either. I have also sent a DM via instagram and no answer yet but my credit was already charged 3 weeks ago.

I purchased hairtamin , i used for 3 months medicine,it doesn't work and i never recommend buy hairtamin.
