So, I bought two things from them; the blue couch in the photos and the rug in the photos. Despite looking very nice I had the following problems.
1. Rug: Every time I step on it the fibers stick to my feet. They get all over the house. I found them in the kitchen, my bathroom, my backyard, my car, even at work. I spent 4 months continually picking them up. I finally gave up and the rug is in storage not being used. Complete loss on investment.
2. Sofa: The sofa is so poorly made that when I sit in the love seat it pulls my lower back into the cushions, which over time has caused terrible lower back pain. I tried using the other two seats but experienced the same problem. The cushions are so flimsy it provides 0 back support. I tried laying on it and was actually slipping in between the seats.
Not only am I out of money, but I have one piece of furniture that causes a mess, and another which causes physical pain. I don't have the funds to buy new furniture and therefore am stuck with these huge unused things in my place.
Could not be more disappointed.
Uodate: I followed up as the moderator advised. The store can do nothing and makes you contact corporate. I did. They took no action to rectify the matter in any way, as seen by the newly added photo of their final reply. Also added a photo of the loose threads from the carpet. I advise you to avoid this place as the quality of their products is low, and the quality of their customer service is indicative of how much they truly care for their customers. Go to Wayfair or even Amazon, or suffer buyers remorse as I did.

Editing this review day of delivery. The third party company that delivered a sectional and a king sized mattress just left all the furniture in the middle of the living room. They said they did not set anything up, nor pick up after themselves. The store staff are great, just be sure when you get delivery that you specifically request they remove the garbage and put the furniture where you want. Lesson learned. No more Livingspaces for me.
Josh worked with me finding a new bed for myself. I've not spent much time purchasing a bed before and Josh was able to answer all my questions and provide excellent suggestions.
Leah, I think that's her name, assisted me with finding a couch to fit my needs. She listened to my needs and worked with me to find the perfect sectional for me and my dog.
Overall an excellent experience. All of the associates went above and beyond.

I’ve finally had a chance to go today after eyeing it next to Costco. It was amazing! So much bigger than I thought. Mariah was very friendly, kind and super helpful with our purchase of the sofas. I was very impressed with the amount of inventories and the qualities of the furnitures. Highly recommend!

These guys are the worst. Not only did they deliver the wrong piece of furniture for the sectional I ordered, but they attempted to charge me a dilvery fee to exchange the wrong piece. And when I told her no, I'm not paying for you guys to fix your mistake. I was then told that they don't even have the correct piece in stok. So now I have to wait about three days for them to come pick up the wrong couch. Thank you, Living Spaces for the least pleasant furniture shopping experience I've had.
