UPDATE: I co texted the social media team after they responded to this review. They asked me to upload the pictures to a link, but I was unable to upload the pics because the link kept crashing. I emailed them back explaining the difficulty and sent the pictures attached to the email instead, but never heard back. In the meantime, a chance meeting with a friend who happens to work for LS resulted in LS replacing our mattress set with a new one. They even picked up the infested set that we had wrapped and taped. So I give them credit for that. However, if it hadn't been for my friend, the replacement probably wouldn't have happened. I gave them another star for the service and replacement, which was nice of them.

So many reviews complaining about the same thing. They have the worst customer service. They promise delivery dates and change them without notice. They have zero respect for their customer's time. It's not worth the frustration. They apologize and promise a new delivery date but they again don't follow through. No one has any answers - their internal communication is horrible. It's a shame that a company like this can't see the negative impact their lack of customer service has on their reputation. I know so many people now that refuse to use LS anymore due to their poor organization and lack of communication to the client with delivery and follow through. I can't stand how they lie and then apologize but never have any solutions.

I was ready to purchase my couch n when I told them I lives on the 3rd Floor. The Salesperson asked if I had a elevator. Which I answered no n he said they don't normally bring couches upstairs. He went n asked his manager n he came back asking how many step. I replied under 50 n he went back to his manager n upon returning stated that its a liability. I guess n all of the years that Living Spaces has been n Business that have never delivered a bed upstairs. I just saw a review for them that they took to the 2nd floor. Maybe, the 3rd Floor is the Liability part. Anyway, I went elsewhere n relieved better service n they will deliver upstairs.

Lost 200 dollars from Living spaces. They canceled the original order that was expected to arrive on a weekend (when everyone was home) for no reason and without telling anyone. When we reordered. The person delivering the item did not tell anyone he was outside and just left. We had to pay an additional 60 dollars the next day to have them come back to drop it off. Then the item couldn't fit through the elevator. Had to take it back to the warehouse and charged an additional 10% restocking fee. In total lost 200 dollars with the rescheduled delivery fee and restocking fee. I have never been so shocked in there ethics. If they showed up on the original day of delivery, this would not have been an issue. Never buying from them ever again. Worst company out there STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY!!!

Furniture is junk with the worst construction with the cheapest materials. Bought two beds and both squeak with the slightest movement. Bought the insurance and what a joke. Tried to make claims but it's an absolute scam.

My wife and I normally are Ashley furniture shoppers but when it came to our couch we ended up at Living Spaces. We did our business with leann ung. She was absolutely amazing. Showed us all the options for what we were working with. Helped us choose the fabric and colors and we were also able to find a new coffee table to go with our new couch. Can honestly say that Living Spaces and Leann just became our new go to for furniture

Living Spaces provides horrible customer service after you purchase furniture and the insurance they sell you is a scam. We have had our couch for 1 year and the couch cushions are falling apart at the seams. Living Spaces does not sell replacement parts for any item they sell! We bought the insurance with Uniters and they came to inspect the rip in the seam. Instead of replacing the cover, the guy took it into the back of his van and did a hack sew job on it. 3 days later the area he sewed ripped back open. We now have 4 cushions where the seam is falling apart. Living Spaces just directs us to the insurance company who obviously does a low quality job and refuses to replace the covers. Also the insurance will only cover repairs that total up to 20% of the price you paid for the furniture. So after you hit that 20% limit the insurance is done, even if it is before the 5 years promised. DO NOT BUY THE INSURANCE, IT IS A SCAM. $3,500.00 later and we now need to buy another couch because Loving Spaces will not help. I will NEVER BUY anything from Living Spaces again.

Do not buy anything from living spaces. They are a nightmare to deal with. There is no customer service and if there is they will take days to respond to you. Even repairs takes about 2 to 3 weeks for anyone to come out. Bought a $3000 couch but when it arrived damaged. The technician lied and said I could have someone come out to repair the defect and if I'm not satisfied with the repair I can exchange/return it. They lie on purpose so you don't take back the damaged item and accept delivery. Such a shady business tactic. I would stay away from this company.

Would give ZERO stars if we had the option! We ordered a Couch and were sent the incorrect item for the SECOND time today. Tried to refuse delivery but the delivery men said they are in a hurry and ignored our request for refusal. we were supposed to get the couch and the Chaise both in Light grey, but they sent the couch and chaise in 2 DIFFERENT colors. The couch is Light grey and Chaise is DARK grey. I'm so pissed off and now no one is answering our calls and keep hanging up on us to get this corrected. We are trying to speak with a manager for the second time now as our expectation is a free pick up and redelivery of the CORRECT ITEM in the CORRECT COLOR.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a living room set which included a sofa, love seat, swivel chair and ottoman. Ottoman came with a stain so I immediately called customer service. A claim was started which they denied telling me... and I quote... "After a thorough review of your claim details and photos, what you are experiencing is not covered under the Living Spaces Warranty because they are not considered a manufacturing defect. Many of our items are crafted with raw and unique materials, which may cause paint, stain, and other finishes to look different from one piece to another." I argued that the ottomon came with the stain, not inconsistent material - I questioned whether they were telling me that Living Spaces sells damaged furniture and you just have to live with it. The answer was sorry we cannot help you. DO NOT BUY FROM LIVING SPACES.

Absolutely not!! We came in to buy a sectional sofa and as soon as we we said hi and my super friendly husband explained what we were looking for in his perfect English who also happened to be an attorney, they sent an Asian woman to us who spoke maybe 30% English. By the way she tried to communicate with us, I knew they were assuming that we are Chinese!!!! I got frustrated after 20 minutes with her because she didn't understand what we were looking for so I asked for another salesman. Well, we ordered our sofa but after sleeping on it I called the next day to change the fabric but they don't have a direct line and there is no way I could get the salesman who ordered the sofa for us. They told me someone will call me back in 24 hours. They did call me back but I was at work and the person left a message that "I'll call you again in 30 minutes" I waited and no be call! This will be the last time we ever order anything from Living Spaces!!! I feel like we got scammed and we should have read the reviews before we went there!!! Total scams and a bunch of racists! There goes my $2300 and a lesson to learn. Also you have a few hours to change your mind or else it's non refundable. Let's wait and see what kind of sofa we are going to get in 4 weeks. Please consider getting your sofa elsewhere.

My parents and i went to living spaces yesterday to buy a couch for my new house. We went in with an idea of what we wanted but didn't have it detailed out. Lily was our helper through the whole time and she did such an amazing job!! She made the process very smooth, not overwhelming, but considered all the factors and helped us pick a great couch, ottoman, and rug. Lily was very patient with all our questions and helped us consider everything. The price was good as well as she found us a rug that went with our color scheme and was on sale. 10/10 would recommend, and ask for Lily!

JUST DONT! JUST DO NOT GO! From the time I purchased a "zero gravity" power recliner sofa back in early December to just a few days ago they have off-shored their entire operation to a country somewhere in Latin America where there is neither the best command of English, nor do they have any sort of accurate information AND they have an attitude problem!!! Your only option is to chat with their corporate office in La Mirada. Who has the time for that when there's an issue and they have thousands of your dollars on their side? Absolutely ridiculous! Thoroughly pathetic service! Save your time, your money and your sanity and ask the tough questions BEFORE you shop! Know ahead of time where the customer support is located and if they have any plans to offshore. Shop only in places that are going to be around tomorrow. Looks like these guys are on their way out! I too the time and I warned you!!!

Don't purchase any protection plan. It's money down the drain. They send you in circles wanting you to give up then when you get back and try again they don't help. Shop elsewhere.
