Sometimes you seem pretty sure that all the boxes were checked, all the I's dotted, and had answers to all the questions. And yet you still couldn't qualify, and when you wanted to know why?....crickets.....they were done with you. That didn't happen with Kevin at Loandrone. He worked with me where others wouldn't: even the VA, not that after 28 years of service I didn't earn it. It had something more to do with the stars not aligning that night...not sure . Anyway Kevin made it happen, professionally , quickly, compassionately, and without any hassles. The whole team there is amazing. Instead of my last stop I wish they had been the first stop!

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!
Working with Richard Rawlin and Karla Weil was truly the best decision I made when seeking a second mortgage. From the very first phone call they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Richard and Karla took time to explain every step of the process in a way that made me feel informed and confident.
What particularly stood out was Karla's genuine care, attention to detail, and unrelenting determination to get the loan closed. Two other lenders said they couldn't proceed with my loan, but Karla made it happen. No question was too small and every concern I had was addressed promptly and thoroughly. Very disappointed in this round of financing. This is the second time for me using lone drone. The first time I had a wonderful experience, but this time my loan processor, Janeen made the process completely unbearable. The closing disclosure changed weekly and daily as we got closer to closing then the final disclosure was $4000 off of what my final disclosure was on the day of closing. They made multiple errors leading up to that, and had to do multiple corrections to the loan documents prior to signing closing. The last straw in the hat Was the closing documents we had on closing day were dated completely wrong by the loan company that had to be corrected Who did our closing? I’m not 100% sure what happened between the But I know I will never work with Janeen again.

I have used Loandrone twice in various applications and both experiences were pleasurable. Agents are easy to reach, responsive and quick - if you need or want to move fast, use Loandrone, we had everything completed, signed, notarized, closed and funded in less than 30 days. They work with VA veteran home loans or any traditional FHA loans, either capacity, I am sure your experience will be as pleasant as mine was. My officers, Aldo and Shae, were awesome!
