Stacey was extremely helpful to me and my friends, and she even showed us clothes we had initially missed but ended up buying. Would visit this store again purely for her customer service :)They don't carry sizes bigger than XL but you can order them easily, and the selection of clothes is great and pretty.

ALL the women who were working from 11-am to 4 pm on July 31st, 2023 were the sweetest, most helpful ladies I have ever met. They got a fitting room started for me, checked-in with me, and were so friendly and kind. My gift card was not working and they were trying everything to help me!!! They are the sweetest people there and they love their customers. 10/10 will be back.

I absolutely LOVE this Loft because of the store manager, Thomas. Honestly the customer service he has goes way above and beyond any retail store I've ever been at. He is genuinely kind and caring. He cares about you as a shopper and what you're looking for and purchasing. He'll give you his honest opinion and even direct you to other options. He takes the time to make each customer feel valued and important. I usually go to another Loft store and I went to this one just to see if he was there. (He was filling in at another location and that's how I met him originally). He makes shopping there a happy experience like he's your personal stylist and he'll do that for everyone. He's just the sweetest and his store is pristine! I just wanted to recognize him and his store because it's not every day you meet people that put in as much effort as he does to make his shoppers happy! Thanks Thomas :)

Went in to purchase some clothing for my grandfathers viewing. I used to work for LOFT so I naturally go there as my first choice. I walked in to two associates talking to each other, they stared at me like I interrupted their personal conversation, no greeting no promos, nothing. Ok that's fine, I like to be left alone while I look anyway. When someone finally did come up to me they just asked if I'd like a room. I politely said no, I like to put outfits together and be able to see it. Well after I said no, they had an older woman follow me through out the store, stopping where I did and overall made me super uncomfortable. To the point where I had to call a friend and literally tell them that I was being followed in the store. There were other people in the store, but I was the only one being followed, and of course I was the only woman of color. It was incredibly irritating and ended up walking out with a shirt just to be nice. But I'm returning it, I don't need it and they shouldn't get the business.

Terrible customer service. I want to spend my loft cash (last day today) and enjoy my shopping. Unfortunately, the workers here were rude with poker face. Not even greet when I entered. They rather talked with each other and ignored me. I don’t bother to spend my money in this place. One of the young associates even talked at her cell. Shop somewhere else.

Great service! Kiki greeted me immediately the moment I walked in. She was very helpful and super friendly. Ashley checked on me to see if I needed any additional sizes and was also super friendly. Clean store with lots of selections! A+ Kiki & Ashley!

Pretty disappointed in my Loft experience today. I placed an in store pickup yesterday around 4 pm, not really expecting it to be filled till this morning. The store opens around 10-11, and we got to Spectrum at almost 1pm. Still no email about it. I walked in and grabbed the dress and asked an older employee about it. She immediately asked another employee to help me which didn't surprise me bc this woman has helped me before and didn't know how to work the register. So this employee seemed like she hated her life and I explained what was going on. She said "you want to return it?" I said no, and told her again what was going on. She said she'd have to cancel the order because it was "processing." Well, I worked for Loft and we always did the online orders first thing in case someone showed up at opening. Here it was 2-3 hours later and it's still processing? I said well yesterday it was 50% off. She said well if you show me the email I can give you the same price so I said ok. She didn't even look at my phone, just gave it to me. I said any sales going on today? She said "there's a buy more save more." Um. Ok? What does that mean? She didn't explain so I figured they didn't need my money. I'm really surprised that with 3 employees there no one bothered with the in store pickups. And the person I dealt with seemed bored and hates life. Oh well. I can buy what I need at Nordstrom. Really disappointed in Loft because it wasn't like this just a few years ago.

Customer service was awful. From what I could tell there were 3 employees in the store. Two were at the register with one customer and the third one was putting items in shipping bags and then tossing them on the floor. We walked in, got to the back of the store (mind you we were browsing) and heard the one bagging items say "welcome" to someone who came in. We were never greeted or told about any sales. So disappointed, I used to love shopping at The Loft. They need better customer service.
