I got my ears pierced yesterday. The girl who did my piercings was named Ashley. She was super nice and she was very comforting due to the fact I was scared to get my ears done. She walked me through every step and did an amazing job. I just wished that she had walk me through what I had to do after getting my ears pierced. Like the fact you can't sleep on your piercing for a week (recommended time for a helix piercing) or how you can't go swimming or take a shower in the 24 hours of having the piercing. Other than that the service was amazing.

I found the bead I needed here at the last minute, which was a lifesaver! The prices are a bit high for imitation jewelry, but since I was able to get exactly what I was looking for when I needed it, I didn’t mind too much. They have a great selection of jewelry, offering a wide variety of styles to choose from.
One of the nice perks is that they offer free ear piercing, which is a great option for anyone looking to get their ears pierced without extra cost. Overall, I was happy with my experience and glad I was able to find what I needed!

I bought a beautiful but cheaply made combination necklace and earrings. Wore the necklace not even for a full 24 hours and It broke. 2 days later asked about returning and was told it couldn't not be returned due to it having earrings as part of the package. They don't accept returns on earrings which Is understandable but im just really upset that they couldn't do anything about the necklace. Be cautious on buying a combination with necklace or earrings or be prepared to lose your money

The manager at this location is incredibly rude. Horrible. Her attitude was unprofessional towards myself, as a customer, and a co-worker in which I had the sad opportunity to witness. It was a really unfortunate experience shopping and getting pierced at this location. I strongly advise to stay away. I have never been so shocked to have experienced such egregious customer service in my life.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Beware! They overcharge. The item has a price on it, but then they ring you up at a higher price. When you try to return the item, they are very rude and make up stories about the manager not being there and to come back another time. Shop elsewhere - plenty of nice jewelry stores at the Spectrum.

Unfortunately the salesperson at the Irvine Spectrum Store at 5pm on 8/21/23 is extremely unprofessional, and rude. She would not exchange the earrings that my 11 year old daughter purchased with her own money, for her grandma's birthday . She baught a pair her grandma already owns and the sales woman didn't even entertain the idea of exchanging it. She single-handedly lost a bunch of customers. How unfortunate.

My sister and I had a terrible experience at Lovisa today while getting her piercings. Izza (the girl doing the piercings) was not nice and very impatient. She was talking to other people while I was asking her questions about the piercings and seemed annoyed every time I asked something. She carelessly drew dots on my sisters ears for where she would pierce and they were uneven every time she did them. We had to ask her to redo it four times before they were actually even. While piercing my sisters second ear, she messed up and poked a hole without successfully piercing it. She then started cussing repeatedly while trying to take the earring out again. Before we left, I asked her if we could somehow be compensated for the incident and she kept saying that it was fine, insinuating it wasn’t a big deal. We left, and now my sister has a random hole near her piercing. We’re just hoping it will close and not be visible.I took my sister there to get her second piercings as a birthday present but it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. I tried calling back to speak to the manager but the phone goes straight to voicemail.

Prior to paying the girl told me she didn’t have any bags. I was like okay, she asked me for my email to send me my receipt never got my receipt. She charged me for a total 22 pairs of earrings but only come to my surprise when I got home I only had 19

Omg the Asian girl (the one with glasses with no makeup) were SUPER MEAN lol and she even first lied to me that she didn’t have any change but she actually had enough coins.. lol the most mean person working at store i have met in my life so far.. lol wow

This place over charges for cheap earrings. They false advertise items with a clearance label. The lady working here was very rude & didn't even answer the questions we had.

Worst experience ever!The girl that was working here today at this time 6:50pm was so rude. Came in didn’t welcome me and my friend we were ready to pay and she ignored us the whole time then I said we are ready which she responded “Can you please wait” with a horrible attitude. Never coming back to this store! I hope you guys do something about it ??.
