Young was incredibly helpful, sweet, and kind to me! She saved me a massive amount of money after I had already left the store after catching a payment issue on her own! They don't make honest and understanding people like her anymore.

I called to get my PO box number that I close and she couldn't even give me my PO box number cuz she said it was closed so I have a hip problem today and it's hurting and it hurt me to walk around my apartment and get the information which she could have just told me easily over the phone. I also told her I was moving out before I was paid up till and she made me give the key back. And I was still paid up for the end of the month I would not recommend this place at all

Don't buy stamps here. I should've paid $11 for a book of stamps. Instead I was charged $16!! As if things weren't expensive enough, they had to go price gouge stamps..

The service provided by the staff and management of Mail Boxes & More is second to none. In all my years of doing business with them I've never been disappointed in their service. I recommend, if you need a POB, go to Mail Boxes & More....

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but the service here was so WONDERFUL that I'm leaving one in my car outside the business so I don't forget. Extremely FRIENDLY & HELPFUL service with a smile (well, she was wearing a mask, but I could sense her smile! Haha) and very covid-safe. She also helps you figure out which service (FedEx, UPS, USPS) will be best for you without you even having to ask for help or feel awkward about looking for the best option. HIGHLY recommend using this business/location for all of your mailing needs. Two thumbs up.

This place is way overpriced! They quoted me $180 for international document shipping which I received a quote from the shipping company for $58.10. Guess what, I drove to another place and paid what the kiosk said (same as online)Please please don't let anyone tell you that prices the parcel companies show are "way too good and that is not possible".
