The worst costumer service this store have 8 cashiers and only 3 cashiers was attending a lot people it’s insane when the store was full the manager doesn’t care the long line of people that was waiting for pay

Sucks! Some cashier lady tried to rude and she billed all items and then without asking me or telling me cancelled again and removed one price tag and start billing again. She did not honor the price of $10 for one shoes I got and removed the label on top and tried to rebill with higher price. So unprofessional and the audacity of this lady to smirk and give me excuse that if I stil want to buy. Beware of this staff trying to run as if they own this place

The store offers good discounts and a nice product selection, but unfortunately, the overall impression was ruined by poor cleanliness and unprofessional customer service.
During a return on April 18 at 12:10 PM at register 3, the cashier hesitated for quite some time before deciding whether to accept an item with tags, even though it was purchased just the day before. The blouse I returned had been lying on the floor and was visibly dirty — I chose not to keep it, even at a deep discount, due to its condition.
What made the experience even worse was the cashier implying that I was the one who had soiled the item. This kind of attitude is unacceptable.
The store was dusty and disorganized. This was already my second unpleasant experience at this specific location.
Also, why don’t the cashiers wear name tags? It’s hard to provide accurate feedback or file a complaint when you don’t even know who assisted you.
I sincerely hope that management takes action to improve both store cleanliness and staff professionalism.

They sell broken toothbrushes, dirty underwear, expired snacks, and lotions that give you rashes. Ever since I moved to Irvine, I've returned so many low-quality products. Usually, when I return them at the front desk, someone at least comes to assist me, albeit without a smile or apology. However, today was different. The manager I encountered for the first time at this store insisted I go to the customer purchase line for my return. I explained that I've never had to do that for returns before, having returned many times previously. She raised her voice at me, insisting I go to the line or else no return would be processed.
I was taken aback and asked her to show me the policy for this, stating that if she could, I would immediately go to the purchase customer line. She replied that there was no policy and as the manager, her word was the rule. I was shocked once again. Is this a store or a robbery? Am I a customer or a slave? Her name is Casey, she has blonde hair, is around 60 years old, and stands at 5'1". The way she spoke to me, she seemed to want to assert herself like a "queen". Her behavior was so inappropriate that she should be fired. Is it really so easy for Marshalls to part with their money that they hire people like her as managers? I'm just confused.
Thank you to the other customers who allowed me to return my items before them, and to some who even expressed shock. We are customers, not slaves to your profit. Treat us with the respect we deserve.

This store is organized and nice but there is no AC and the bathroom is a mess I can believe it for being a store in Irvine it’s not good specially when it’s 90 outside, they don’t have AC ?

It's a good Marshall's, lots of deals and good prices. It was a bit thrown around by lunchtime, but they get that way.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Marshall Irvine store. From the moment I walked in, the staff's were rude and inattentive. I was completely ignored for over 20 minutes, despite there being several employees standing around chatting amongst themselves. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, they were dismissive and unhelpful including yhe store manager
The checkout process was an absolute nightmare, with long lines and a cashier who seemed completely incompetent and uninterested in their job.
I will never shop at this store again and I urge others to avoid it as well. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Yesterday I went in Marshall’s store at Alton, Irvine , and tried to return an item which pass 30 day and the manager named Rene
She said at this store we are not accepting any merchant after 30 days , then I asked her to prove there is any limit time for return merchandise and get a store credit but she ignored me a leave the cashier number 1 , then I asked the cashier to give me her name she tried to helping some other customer and ignored me too , I tried to let her know I’m in a line more than 30 minutes and I have to go after that with bad attitude she gave her manager name . I called to customer service and asked them is any limited time for return merchandise with tag attached and receipt to get store credit and they said no . !!!!! Now I asked a head of store what should I do?because I’m not feel comfortable to back to that store with manager and staff attitude?

First and last time I visit this store. I love shopping and they managed to sour my experience to the point where I just left. I was looking for a pair of shoes and putting everything back. While I was minding my business an employee approached me and ordered me take the whole box down and off to the side. I wasn’t even trying on shoes at that point, I was just looking. It was annoying because I wasn’t leaving a mess and they weren’t telling other people that. I kept shopping for clothes and when I went to the fitting room I was shortly followed into the fitting room by the employee. I was in the middle of trying clothes on and she wanted me to come out and SHOW HER. I felt so uncomfortable. I immediately got dressed, returned all the items, and just left. I’ve never had such an unpleasant shopping experience. The staff there is the absolute worst.
