This location has the most horrible customer service! I chose this location because I had an appointment in the area after my massage so I drove 45 minutes to this location. I had arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and not once did the ladies at the front desk told me their masseuse is running late. I waited another 10 minutes after my appointment and I told them ladies at the front desk my situation . All they said my masseuse should be right out. My masseuse didn't come out until another 5 mins. I had to cancel my appointment because i wouldn't have enough time to get to my next appointment. I walked out with the client who just got out of her massage and she said her masseuse was running late when she got there; so it was a Domino Effect! It would have been nice if I had received a curiosity call to let me know they were running late. Never coming back to this location, time is money and they totally wasted over an hour of my time that I will NEVER get back!

I urge caution in visiting this Massage Envy location. Incredibly unwilling to allow transferring of services. Which is shocking given the climate right now and situation where I (as a long time member) am unwilling to utilize my services myself currently due to illness. I reached out to the location. Nothing. I reached out to corporate (the online portal) and nothing. They preferred I terminated my membership instead of allow me to transfer a few services accumulated (even at a $10 charge per service I was willing to pay). Still zero accommodation/respect/class/tact. Isabella and Franchisee- please realize these are hard times for people and without care you will lose all guests. --Automated Yelp response that will thank me and tell me to go to the portal and leave comment. I did already. And NO RESPONSE from corporate.--

This is a fraud. I have not used the service since the pandemic, called many times trying to cancel the account. They kept saying I had to fill in a form and send it back. I never received the form except monthly bills that I have to file dispute every month with my credit card company! Looks like only way to get rid of them is to cancel my credit once for all???

Terrible costumer service. Both front desk ladies are very unprofessional and don’t know how to do there job. I specifically asked for a girl and they gave me a guy when I asked to switch to a girl they said they can’t and they were going to charge me $50 for specifically asking for a girl. They shouldn’t be a business. Charging people for there mess ups are just terrible and very unprofessional. Apparently there’s no manger on site either when I asked to speak to a manger they didn’t have one. Extremely unprofessional!

Truly the worst massage envy I've ever been to. Had the worst, most uncomfortable massage of my life (done by PJ) where he didn't listen to any of the instructions I gave. (I'm not even that picky or the type to even leave a bad review) I paid for a 90 min to focus on my back and told him that & firm pressure, and paid for the muscle enhancement. He didn't use the enhancement (after reminding him & him acknowledging) and he lightly grazed me THE ENTIRE TIME. Only using his arm hair. It was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. On top of that, he maybe worked on my back for 1/4 of the time. The main reason I would never recommend this place... I voiced how I felt about the massage to the front desk. The manager & front desk kinda just said "sorry about that" and moved on. Didn't even try to make it right with me. Then, I decide to cancel. They procrastinated confirming my cancellation, I had to call 3 times. Then finally they confirm (2 weeks ago) & today.... I get CHARGED! $70.... Literally the worst ran business I've encountered. If you ever want to go to a massage envy, I suggest Tustin. Otherwise avoid this business. Absolutely terribly ran.

Terrible customer service. I needed to cancel my membership and the front desk person and manager Kara Berman had terrible customer service. They both made this process unnecessarily stressful and were so unhelpful. If I could leave a review for less than 1 star I would. I had called yesterday to inquire about my cancellation form and the person at the front desk took my name and information down and said they would call back tomorrow. I had heard nothing today so I called and she said that she lost my information and could not inquire about it for me. The manager Kara did not respond to the email I had sent and instead of replying to me to say she couldn't process the request at her location she just ignored it. Extremely frustrating.

I don't write many reviews but here I sit in my car after my 50 minute massage with Tina. I've had many many massages in my past 48 years and this is one of the best I've ever had. Tina was great and checked in often enough to make sure I was comfortable and had great recommendations on how to keep comfortable as it's difficult for me to stay on my stomach for too long. The front office staff is always so kind here as well. Thank you!

I have been going to this location for over a year. During Covid lockdowns they were originally texting customers when they had to close and reopen. Then with the last lockdown order things went bad. They switched to limited office hours and as that wasn't reasonable for my schedule, nor what my contract was for, I called and was assured no was was being charged during this time. No follow up, no call, no email, they just kept charging me without my permission. Then they won't tell you when management will be in to discuss the situation. I will never go back. Utterly disgusted with such shady business practices.

I've been going to this location for over a year and a half. Saied is my favorite massage therapist. He's very nice, professional, and I appreciate that he provides a great deep tissue massage and focuses on my back, neck, and shoulders.

Awful customer service. Booked a massage today at 11am for a 315 appointment. Just called back, at 1230, as I didn't realize I had a meeting this afternoon and they are charging me 50 dollars for a same day cancellation. I get it if you book way ahead of time as your time slot may cost them since others can't book but if I book at 11am and call to cancel at 1230, there is no reason to charge 50 dollars. Wont be going here again

Horrible customer service. They try to rip you off after being a member for over 15 years. Unhappy with my massage ...when the AC is not working or just off, how is one supposed to enjoy the massage in a muggy room anyways. Then, when you complain to the manager Tia and tell her you will contact corporate, she says ok instead of handling the situation. I called corporate and left 3 voicemails. I emailed them days ago and still no response. Who is going to take care of my bad experience and practically stealing my $$$$$?

Just tried this ME location recently and had the most fabulous session with Carla! It was so great I ended up booking a 2nd massage with her later the same week! She understood exactly what I was looking for & customized the massage to fit my needs.. pressure & technique were perfect. Also the front desk staff very friendly. I'm looking forward to coming back to this location.
