The other day I brought my adult Down syndrome sister & Jackie gave her a massage. She was so good with her, spoke kindly to her, treated her gently, prompted her with clear simple commands & knew how to take care of her. If you have anyone in your family that has special needs & would benefit from this kind of treatment, I recommend Jackie highly!

The front desk ladies were fantastic! So fun and nice. I had my massage with Junior and it was easily my best massage I’ve received at massage heights! A very welcoming and relaxing environment.

Wow! I have been going to Chino Hills but visited this location for the first time! It is a larger space but the same vibe! Judy was my therapist today and she was AMAZING! I needed to relax before a king trip and she just hit all the spots I needed! So so good! Exactly what my body needed!

Had an absolutely incredible experience at Massage Heights!1) The retreat is gorgeous. You can tell the owners and employees treat it with care; it was very clean and felt tranquil. The hallway to the private rooms even had touches of elegance with a small water display. The room was spacious and there was no noise carryover from the surrounding rooms so it felt very luxurious and private.2) My massage therapist was AMAZING! I was floored; I have been receiving massages 1-2x per month for the better part of a decade as a result of continuous back pain and typically when I try a new spot, I keep my expectations low and give it 2-3 visits before making a decision about it since every therapist is so different. But she absolutely blew me away. Not only was she thorough in understanding where my concerns were, but she checked in during the massage to ensure I was comfortable with the pressure (VERY firm, which is my preference) and made sure to focus on those areas specifically. At the end of the massage she checked in again to see how I was feeling — while this seems small, this rarely, if ever happens at other massage therapy offices/studios. Something small that I really appreciated is she also didn’t talk throughout the massage: while I appreciate that some people like that, I have anxiety and tend to feel more wound up when talking during service so I loved that she put me at ease enough to truly relax.3) The front desk was so wonderful! I had to make a somewhat last minute adjustment to my appointment that they so kindly accommodated. I don’t get why other reviewers have complained about the front desk as I found them kind, patient, and informative. I truly appreciated that there was no pressure on me or any sort of strong arming into any of their membership options. Just careful, thorough information about their options.Between the truly amazing and experience with my massage therapist and the compassionate treatment by the team at the front desk, I happily opted in to a membership and am looking forward to my tenure at this retreat. Highly recommend.

I come to get a relaxing massage and I get harassed on the way out trying to pay with Gift Certs from their vendor (SpaFinder). The manager Lindsay should be, at a minimum, retrained to assume a customer is not at fault when a valid form of payment is remitted. Instead of working with me happily and calling the company to figure out how to resolve the issue, she treated me like someone who was trying to scam them with somekind of bogus gift certificate. She never apologized to me even after it was resolved (yes a mistake on their vendor SpaFinder's part). She does not seem like a good fit for her position and should find something other than management to do.The massage I received did not include both specific areas I told the therapist to work on when she asked if there were any areas to focus on. She was a good therapist however.I hadn't had a massage in 3+ years, I go to this establishment for a 2 hr massage, and it didn't work out too well. All this talk on websites of 'we want to make you forget about the urban hustle, we want you to relax and take time for yourself, blah blah blah'...and then come out to the urban hustle in the lobby.Perhaps, you will have better luck?

1st, the masseuse was running behind schedule. 2nd, at no point was I asked if I'd be comfortable with a male masseuse. 3rd, his movements throughout the entire massage were fast & jerky and therfore very distracting; I was never able to relax. That, the heavy breathing, the ice cubes rattling around in his drink every time he took a break to drink (at least 5 times), it all gave me anxiety. Throughout the entire massage I thought...really? Are we just rubbing & re-rerubbing in lotion? Weird. Lastly, he finished 5 minutes before my time was up..ok 15 cut short, not the biggest problem I guess. But then I go to check out. Young gal at the front desk (who btw came off very snooty & dismissive at checkin - idk if she felt so smart or highly of herself because she felt in charge of something or what but it looked "off" in comparison to how she appeared/handled herself. I also observed other guests struggling with her; she was pretty unprofessional, not warm, inefficient, rude, immature, not self aware, had zero tact, etc) asks, in front of several customers standing next to me, how my visit was (conveniently of course right before her very next question). I just said, fine as I didn't want to complain in front of people. She then asks, would you like to leave a tip? (Hm) I say, no thank you. Shocked, she looks up & asks AGAIN, so you don't want to leave a tip?! I say, no. Again. She asks, bit did you leave him one in the room? No, I did not but thank you for asking 3 times now, loudly & in front of other customers. She says, snootily, I was just trying to make sure. I think, hm mkay, thanks.Really, are you so detached? Smh. I mean, I can understand from his perspective maybe (lets be honest, he doesn't know what he doesn't know maybe & in his mind he was 'just running late because of someone else' - even though in my mind it's a matter of setting up expectations properly but ok. At least he was nice) but hear mine. It's a principle thing for me. Be on time, meet standards, be self aware & br self correcting. Period. Customers have options, I've consistently experienced WAY better. This was my 1st time here. It was below average. To all involved. Do better, receive better. Period.I would not recommend this place. It is very overpriced for the service they offer. Pretty facility though. They need to retrain or replace if they want to keep clients. The gal in the front is what really makes me never want to go back again. She has potential if she could just reel in her ego &/or the insecurities she must have that prevent her from actually connecting with humans. A lot to learn for her.

I joined the membership here after I had a massage with Kelly. Kelly works all the areas that relieves my tension and knots from stress. I leave there relaxed and have more mobility. I highly recommend and refer Kelly.

I love Massage Heights! I have been a member for several years! The facility and amenities are high quality and clean. I have received massages from many of the therapists and all are good! I have a personal favorite therapist but have never had what I would consider a bad massage from any of the staff! And I go REGULARY - every other week. And the ladies at the front desk are friendly and professional! This location provides and all around great experience!

The receptionist does not make you feel welcome, the owner lied to my Mother, and told her that she could gift one of her massages to her son, they ended up charging me, and the owner went back on her words, to where my mother had to cancel the membership, really sad, but Sandy the masseuse, is very good!

All the good therapists are leaving. First Grace and now Kayla. It is unfortunate to have a membership where you cannot get the money from your prepaid services back. I have a ton of credits left so am just waiting to finish them just to finally cancel my account. It would be great if the therapists followed a certain routine - they don't - each has their own way. Their membership prices are very enticing, but I would not recommend one because of the attrition, inconsistent massages and if you have a busy life.
