I am VERY upset. I have this company showing up on my credit report as six months past due and don't even have them as a company. This is fraudulent. I disputed it with Equifax and the company is still claiming it's valid. I have sent two emails over the last two months to Bright Capital **** and no response. The phone number on the credit report sends you to a turned-off ******* Wireless customer's cell phone. This is a joke, and I am livid!

Starting from beginning to end, Joseph was very professional and made sure that there were no loose ends when it came to close the deal. He was very direct and followed strict guidelines throughout the whole process which made it very easy easy for me to make the decision to go along with BrightPoint Capital. I am definitely looking forward to making another deal in the future.

Fraudulent, that's about all I can say!!! They refused to be upfront or straight forward about an interest rate on a loan. Claimed to be in this to help small businesses that are just starting up. Our current credit is not good because we are maxed out on credit cards trying to pursue our dream. We told them this, they said helping small businesses is what they do. They lied to us 3 different times telling us that our interest rate was around the 8% mark.... but wouldn't give us the final number. We finally demanded an amortization schedule showing us the rates and the schedules and they came back and said that your rate was at 28.5%. This is after 3 weeks of back and forth and a constant barrage of emails, texts and phone calls trying to pressure us into signing a vague contract that did not show our rate. We called them out on their lies and they said they never told us 8%, then told us that we could put it on a credit card if we'd rather but with them, we could write off the interest and we can't do that with a credit card. This was absolutely the worst experience of my life and they are preying on small businesses that already have it hard enough. Stay away from them and DO NOT sign anything without the financial information being spelled out.

I would stay away from any MB Financial product that you can. Terrible website, horrible customer service, lost documents, etc. Their money making model is to have their services so horrible to use that they can charge you fees for your "mistakes" after you've followed their instructions multiple times and they keep losing the documentation that you send them.

Their customer service on the phone is not good at all. They were rude and could not answer my question on 2 different occasions. I got 2 different answers from due to different representatives. They explained that because I made extra payments that went to principle now my entire payment goes entirely to int'rest I had asked for it amortization statement I did not get 1I also logged on to see if I could get more information on my account that I have had since October of 2017 and I could only go back 2 months

Terrible technology platform so if you need to access your mortgage information, you can't get in. Customer service is pleasant when they are there, but their hours are company friendly, not customer friendly. They are the company that buys your mortgage rather than you seeking them out. For a company as large as they are, their technology platform is terrible.
