Came here for their scheduled kids craft workshop. After receiving 3 reminders via text and email and guess what. We were told the crafts were cancelled until April! What?! And here I am being bombarded with reminders for an event that was cancelled but no cancellation update was sent! Unbelievable!!

It's not the best location, in my opinion.I placed an online order for pickup in several stores. This one turned out to be the worst experience so far.First of all, they don't have curbside parking. They only have two spots marked for pickup only. And of course, the cars that parked on the spots sat there before I arrived and after I found a parking spot and picked up my order.This store is located right next to Trader Joe's, and that should speak for itself. Absolutely chaotic parking lot. People don't care the cars are driving; drivers don't care that there's a person in front of them.To make things worse, the employee didn't seem to care at all when I was talking to her. She was on her device the whole time, unfazed by the fact that their curbside system doesn't work as it should.Will not be back here again.

I was taking a Montessori exam on May and we needed lots of materials from Michael’s. I usually shopped a lot in Michael’s as well, but because the time is limited so we bought some stuff which is not what we need for the courses. One tool I just need to return and it was passed the returning date. Usually they gave store credits and it’s very convenient as well. But this time the manager, her attitude was like, I am stealing money from them. She said the case was opened so it can’t be returned. Then I tried to know more policies, like, if it is within the return period, we still cannot open the case? And how could we know this tool is right for using? Some questions like these, very basic common sense. But her face was like, you cheating people just tried to take advantage of us. It’s an awful experience for me and so rude with no reason. The cashier is much better but I doubt this manager was not working in Irvine and didn’t know Irvine residence. I won’t go shopping in this location and also want to give people a warning.

I almost forgot for a moment why I never step foot in a Michael's store. I had to go in to get a UPS package that was dropped off by UPS. There was a UPS store right next to them but for some reason the drop off is at Michael's. I am a regular at UPS and I pick up all my packages and ship them there. so I went to Michael's and I was told to wait in the back of the store next to these two black doors. No one came and I went and found someone named Sabina. I handed her the slip and she told me she would need my license before she could give me the package. I understood and went back to my car to get my license because most men don't have a purse to carry everything. I came back in the store with my license and this time when I handed her the slip, she told me that it was not going to be available until tomorrow. I asked her if she could've let me know that the first time before I went back to the car, and she just ignored me and continued to look down. Absolute nightmare service I will never step foot back in that store, and I will require UPS to make future deliveries directly to my home. I honestly cannot stand that store for so many other reasons too. Thank you Sabina for reminding me.

I am a huge fan of Michaels. Especially for your framing needs. There is so many selection of frams to choose from as well as the option to customize it. Staff here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I like when the staff cares and helps you find affordable solutions to your framing needs. Other sections of the store not as organized but I tend to check out their Clearance aisle for fun.

Looking for a simple return on a simple online purchase you made?? Well I advise, never and I mean ever come to the Michaels on Irvine Blvd. Here you will be greeted by their "manager" and I use that term loosely. Candy, who even after being called by corporate/customer care to take your return will still refuse it.

I had the worst experience ever at a store. Candy, the manager, was literally shouting at me after I showed her my proof of email for pick up. Mind you, I haven't said a word and she accused me of attitude. Basically she blew up in my face after maybe 3-5 seconds of interacting with her. I have have never seen a more unprofessional manager in my life.
