Buying a home is scary, unless you are working with Bryan Hill at Mint Real Estate. With Bryan’s expert guidance, negotiating skills and impressive network of connections, it only took 11 days for us to go from “starting to look” to opening escrow and the whole process took 40-days total from beginning to close! Not to mention, we were first-time homebuyers without any knowledge on the subject whatsoever and we weren’t even sure what city we wanted to live in. AWESOME is the way I would describe our real estate agent, Bryan Hill!! He was very professional, knowledgeable and honest about our property and the best way to sell it. I really appreciated what a good listener he was so about our situation and his out-of-the-box thinking on how to get the best result not just for us, but our buyers. We have been amazed at the results of all his hard work, and will recommend him to other family, members and friends, who will be selling their houses in the near future!!!

My husband and I were so impressed with Stevie! With an exceptionally deep knowledge of the local community of the OC/LA area she her recommendations were paramount in us finding our forever home. An incredibly hard working individual Stevie was able to point us in a direction that was best for our family as new parents and did so while making sure we had all the information on the table to make an informed decision. Excellent at walking us through the process, market trends and had great systems in place for efficacy and transparency during negotiation. Always prompt and friendly. She got us the deal of a lifetime! I would recommend Stevie to my closest friends and family! We will definitely be using her for any of our other property buying and selling needs in the future.

Several months ago we decided to move closer to our Daughters and put our home on the market for sale; it seemed like an eternity before our realtor had received a serious offer from someone interested in buying our home in Cucamonga. Suddenly our luck changed, and we were looking on Red Fin and Zillow at homes for sale in the “O.C.”, time was running out, we were having trouble finding a home that met an endless list of stringent requirements. We wanted a large garage, landscaped yard, modern kitchen, large driveway, turnkey etc…Soon we were attending open houses, shopping on our own, going “rouge” off the grid, couldn’t find anything that met our needs.One Sunday we were at an open house in Rancho Santa Margarita area, doing the usual mode of operation, in the door, look around, and check out the garage then leave.At the last open house is when we met Stevie; she made us feel as if we had known her for years,Her attention to detail and professionalism was top notch. We told her about our attempt to shop on our own not realizing all the complications at hand. Stevie made us welcome, She made us feel that she had our best interest at heart. She would set up an appointment paying attention to every detail, talk to the selling agent, make a list of attributes for each home, then follow through and relay this information to us. Even the smallest nuance of information helped us to be better prepared. As we walked through another home showing, Stevie pointed out details we had asked for. A view, single story, turn key, grass yard, longer driveway, washer dryer inside, just to name a few. We soon realized our priorities started to change. Stevie was able to change direction and helped us find what we were looking for in a two story home. Stevie also reached out to our Realtor who was selling our home to see where she could assist to find a suitable home.When ever we had a question, no matter how insignificant Stevie responded immediately, no questions asked. Our luck changed, that night and we found a home that was a two story that met all of our requirements. Stevie had previously shown it to another client but it was too small for them. She thought about us right off and knew it was perfect for us. Her excitement was contagious and we were just as excited. She walked us through the buying process seamlessly. Stevie also talked with the selling agent to orchestrate our move in date with in a day of our home selling .When she met us at our new home she gave us the keys and a beautiful gift that we will be using forever. We truly found a life long friend in Stevie!! Additionally we also share a love for dogs (Boxers).Currently we are still unpacking a few things lining dressers un-packing boxes. I have never had a real estate broker act so diligently for both parties in an effort to complete a real estate transaction. The parties each had a little angst over the terms of the deal and accommodating the home inspection. Mint pulled the deal together and tried to make each party comfortable. Very professional.

Jody Gigliotti is the best! Very understanding, patient & friendly. Since the first day we met we were amazed at how attentive she was. Helping us start our passive income portfolio we can definitely say we started on the right foot. She was there on all of our inspections even though we werent’t able to be there. Answered all of our questions and replied very fast no matter what time it was. I would recommend 100% and will reach out to her for future help. She was a blessing for us and i know anyone that works with her will be too!!
