I just had the most humiliating experience at this CVS MinuteClinic. I went to get an annual physical because I work with a telehealth wellness company who requires an in-person exam once a year. But when I showed up here with my printed physical form, I was immediately embarrassed by the nurse on duty. She took a look at my printed out form and demanded to know “why I needed this” and “why I'm seeing a teleheath doctor in the first place”. I was confused and tried to explain how I’m working with a wellness coach etc and just need a basic physical because my doctor can’t physically see me. She still seemed doubtful and confused by me and my form. The nurse went on to say that they cannot do this at this minute clinic and advised I go across the street at an urgent care instead… so I left empty-handed, physical not provided, embarrassed that I had to shout out that I have other health problems that I'm working with a telehealth doctor for, and extremely frustrated that I even had to go through this experience. This is the number one reason why I prefer telehealth over in person doctors…

I had a simple COVID-19 testing appointment. On the CVS Minute Clinic website, where I made the appointment, it stated that COVID test are $69.99. In person, the NP stated it would cost $200. SCAM and UNPROFESSIONAL!! When I got to CVS Minute Clinic in Irvine, The medical professional had the door open when speaking to a different patient, tested me for COVID in the waiting area, and wasn't wearing a mask. This healthcare professionals main job is testing people for COVID-19 and wasn't wearing simple protections such as a mask. She then told me the test would cost $200 as they would test my sample for other infections and diseases. I came ONLY for the COVID test, and she wanted to test me for other things without my consent. She then stated I would need to come back in 30 minutes to get my results, and when my results showed up through CVS online She called me angrily wondering why I decided not to come back to the store. She also stated that I would need to re-enter my credit card information that was already stored on the CVS account along with my address and email where they could send the bill. The whole appointment felt unprofessional and, like a scam, would not recommend it.

I made an appointment and checked in 30 minutes ahead and they made me waited another 30 minutes. Terrible place! Three people working and they were not humans. They were all sloths! So annoying ! One staff spent more than 15 minutes with walk in customer who doesn't speak English and tried to help them out to use Kiosk. They spent too much time on each customer.

Thankful for the nurse (female) and nurse practitioner (Martin) for assisting my daughter in a quick and timely manner. They were both very professional, attentive and caring.

I walked in- no appointment, but thankfully I was squeezed in. So thankful for nurse that took the time to listen to my concerns. I received nothing but great service from her and the NP, Joshua! Thankful for them!

The morning doctors.. specifically this female brunette lady who just won't get to work in time is uninterested in not just being a doctor... But a human lol. Go sleep your days off man. Don't work a job and hate on everyone.

Someone needs to look up who was working this morning 03/01 at the 9am slot because the NP refused to help me, had poor listening skills, lacked empathy, and kept blaming me for not being able to assist me. I wanted to fill out the survey to discuss my concerns but they emailed me saying that my appointment was a cancelation since "I didn't show up". So I'm wondering if she did this to avoid a bad review ?? But I was there and she did see me so what kind of office does this ??We talked about what I needed, she wouldn't help me, I did start crying from frustration, and she just kept telling me to not get mad and to stop getting mad which wasn't helpful or empathetic to me. And so the fact that my experience was invalidated and reduced to "cancellation" is incredibly insensitive and unprofessional

The don't bill my insurance correctly, my insurance explicitly told me that my test was covered and they never received a bill from this clinic, meanwhile minute clinic just sends me the bill without ever charging my insurance.

I made an appointment yesterday night because this is the only clinic that has a spot. My kid has a rash and itchy. She was very discomfort at night. The female doctor was so nice. She said the rash is so large so it's better to go to a hospital to check. She does not want us to waste 150 dollars and not get much help. She canceled my appointment and finally, I went to Kaiser. I appreciate her honest advice.

The worse experience and a waste of time. The rep. Who was a male Asian, didn't give me his name said I can't do anything for you. They wasted my time and they could've been more specific on their website. They take forever so don't go.

After going for MMR check up for work purposes I paid $180 I ask the doctor and nurse if there is any other payment dude to check if my blood still had MMR inside my body after getting blood draw. They both said no Months later I found out they send me to collections that I owe $300 which I never received anything emailed or mail or phone. I was set up from the start And I have always had excellent credit now this has mess up everything im so disappointed and mad that they did this. I hate the lack of communicate that had here dont go here it really pissed!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I would give 0 stars if I could!! Unprofessional and a WASTE OF TIME! Had to pay money for NOTHING! The people there did not know what they were doing. They kept asking each other common questions! They hold a paper near your eyes to test your eyesight, no markings nothing, with shaking hands! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and DO NOT GO HERE!!

I visited CVS Minute Clinic. But phsician assistant had problem to set up the optical diagonistic machine to start and spent 50 mins but she couldn't fix the issues in the end then let us leave there. she told she will reach us over the phone again to complete a service later. But we didnt get any call or voice message from them even almost a month passed. And they submitted this claim to health insurance company. I'm never gonna use there again!
