my experience with model auto group was the horrible i purchased a mini cooper from this dealer which within the first month had problems. usual stuff for used cars so it had been taken in for repairs i was without my car for a month until i asked what was going on, i was really patient but backfired as nothing had been done to fix the car i did call dealership and expressed my concern. i should’ve not have taken back due to major repairs, i was too patient and ended up with a car that lasted a month after repairs. i would have like the used car to last me at least a few years but got a maybe 2 months at that i would not TRUST the reliability of these vehicles in the end i owe them money for a Junk car biggest mistake just go to an actual dealership and pay for RELIABILITY

My experience with Model Auto group was great. I was looking for a specific car which Anthony had so I drove from the Bay Area to purchase this car from Anthony. Great experience! They made this process so easy and seamless. Highly recommend this dealership and Anthony!

My husband called on Friday to see a car on the lot. When we called a man answered saying “hello” and when we asked if this was Model Auto Group he quickly said “yes, I’m very busy can I call you in 10 minutes” we said yes of course. Thinking it was strange he never asked our names, number or for anything. We never ended up hearing back from him. My husband decided to call back over an hour later giving the man the benefit of the doubt and was able to schedule for Saturday to come see the car with a man named Anthony. Being super excited, he shows up at the time discussed for no one to be there (2 hour round trip drive), my husband called and texted the number multiple times and still NEVER heard back. Now Sunday, another day later and still nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service and definitely lost a sale.

Ali was an excellent car salesman and helped make a sometimes challenging experience a pleasant one. He sold us our new ,slightly used car, below market price and took our older vehicle on a fair trade. He patiently spent time explaining the features on the new car, driving the vehicle and completing our paperwork. The total sale took two hours. Ali is a delightful professional businessman who we trust and will contact again.
