The absolute worst bank in America. They hardly answer the phone and take WEEKS to post and clear your checks when you deposit to another bank. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.

Best business bank out there. Personal attention and super nice people. Left for C.O. Until we realized how wonderful Nano had been. We went back. Have Been here for a few years and still love it.

As always, horrible customer service from Aaron Pollack, one of the representatives at the front desk of the Irvine location. This is not a customer friendly organization. Bank elsewhere!
