I went in for an oil change and some minor adjustments and ended up leaving with a $200 bill. Sure, that's fine. I get it. But they did not do a proper job in putting the splash guard in place. They may have lost a screw or something, which ended up making the metal guard fall off and scrape while driving. Had to get towed for this! Would not recommend them.

We had two vehicles repaired at Nick's over the past two weeks and very satisfied with the service both times. One was a Mercedes with a pesky engine light and the other a Honda with shaky acceleration. Both times Brandon helped to communicate the problem with us, provided accurate quotes, and his team solved the issues. So happy to have been referred to them and now have a place that can service all our cars.

They were so friendly, knowledgable and saved me over $1200 on fixing my daughter’s air conditioning in her Honda Civic. Love these guys. It was out first visit and they have won a lifetime customer. Not only that but I will be referring my neighbor who was also looking for a mechanic.

Mason and his entire team at Nick's Auto are second to none. My car broke down two days before my dad's memorial service. I was sad, frustrated when I called AAA. I couldn't believe the timing of this to happen. AAA recommended Nick's Auto. My car was towed there and immediately I was greeted by Mason and Richard like an old friend who'd come to visit! In my time of grief I felt blessed to have met these guys who are very personable and make you feel at ease. The mechanics are exceptional. They thoroughly examine your car to diagnose the problem correctly. Their prices are reasonable. The results are fantastic. My old car now runs almost like new. I've been driving for over 35 years. Without question, Nick's Auto is the absolute best auto repair!

I was visiting Irvine from Arizona and my alternator went out the day I was supposed to drive back home. Called first thing in the morning and they squeezed me in. By 2 pm I had a new OEM alternator in my Honda Odyssey and made the drive back to Arizona with no issues. They were extremely professional and caring. Price was very fair. Now I know where to take my car any time I'm in Irvine. Would highly recommend!

I was offered a very fair price for the work needed on my car. The required work was fairly substantial, and as the car was otherwise old and in bad shape, I ended up choosing to have the car donated. Nick's was super flexible and accommodative while I figured everything out. I've come to this shop for several other repairs that I've needed, and I would recommend it.

Had a couple of problems going on simultaneously with my car. This garage was recommended by AAA. They were professional, the place was very clean and presentable, they explain things very thoroughly and charged what we believe to be completely fair prices! I am so happy to have this found little gem! Honesty in automobile repair is tough to come by, especially when you're female. Nick's will be my trusted go to from here on out!
