I had a wonderful experience shopping with Nazanin at Nordstrom. She is incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to truly understand what I was looking for. Her product knowledge is impressive—she consistently recommended items that suited my style and needs perfectly. What stood out most was how well she listened. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and she made the entire process feel effortless and enjoyable. Nazanin has a great eye and genuinely cares about helping customers find what works best for them.

I love the Nordstrom Café! The food is yummy and the customer service is always great. It's great to take a break from shopping and have a snack and a glass of prosecco! Then, finish shopping!

I usually shop online, but decided to check out the store—and I’m so glad I did. Carol was incredible! She was kind, helpful, and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I honestly didn’t expect to love shopping in-store, but thanks to Carol, I’ll definitely be coming back. She really went above and beyond!

I will never buy perfume from the store again. After spending nearly $200 on a Tiffany Love perfume, not only did order pick up not offer me fragrance samples that usually come with every order , when I went to women's fragrances I was met by Gina who was reluctant to provide samples at all. Because she said there are no samples available I asked her to hand make me a few. This entire interaction took over 10 minutes during my 30 minute lunch break, to try to be provided a few fragrance samples that should have been offered to me along with any fragrance order. I felt that I had to beg Gina for the sample and I was also made to feel rushed. She even smirked and scoffed at me when I asked for a specific sample of something to be made. She said that they also can only give three samples out. Currently, the Fashion Island store that I was at yesterday is far more generous. Due to the negative interaction I had on my lunch break when I needed speed, patience, generosity, and understanding, but instead wasn't appreciated for my expensive fragrance purchase and only made to feel like an imposition, I will not be returning to this store.

I met Aria in the men's shoe department and
He so engaging from hello. I let met him know we were previewing the sale items. He helped my husband with 4 pair of shoes and set up a style board the first day the sale went live. What a true testament of great customer service. I will keep him our contacts for future purchases.
Sadly a female in men's clothing did not follow though with a style board and the items sold out quickly.
Aria is a perfect representation of customer service! .

Nordstrom has the worst shipping policy I have ever heard of. I ordered something online and immediately realized I shipped to the wrong address. I called the customer service and I was told they couldn’t be cancelled or change the shipping address. I find this extremely difficult to believe. Nordstrom does not have the control of the order. I need to wait until the item gets shipped to change the address but not before it gets shipped. I will see. This makes me not want to order online with Nordstrom.

Absolutely DISGUSTING to watch this anti social, disgusting family let their dog drink out of the water fountain as employees just STOOD AROUND and watched. Absolutely vile and out of control, these people should be put on a list. Dog culture has gotten so out of control, what kind of people do this? And what kind of employees stand around and DO NOTHING?
