I recently shared my experience with my purchase of a vehicle at Norm Reeves with the online experience which was awesome. However, by far, the best experience I had was the interaction with an employee by the name of Marshall Eiring. It has been an amazing opportunity to work with an outstanding professional. I have found Marshall to be attentive to customer service needs, highly responsive and respectful. Looks for ways to provide the right service before you even think to ask. Highly motivated to do the right thing for the customer. Overall one of the most professional, pleasant and engaging persons I have had the opportunity to work with. Coming from a business background these are some of the things I value most in working with someone. Thank you Marshall for the quality customer service experience you personally provided me.

My experience at Norm Reeves Volkswagen was fantastic! The entire staff was so accommodating and friendly. No one was pushy and seemed to really want to help you find a deal that works with your financial interests. I mostly dealt with Internet Manager Sean Vakili. He went above and beyond to create a deal that worked in my best interest. Additionally, he was extremely patient while I was making a decision. Logan in Finance was also wonderful and very helpful!
This is my 2nd experience working with Norm Reeves and couldn’t be more complimentary of their service across the board. Very happy customer! Thank you!

I paid $6000 for oil leaking. They told me that the oil leak was fixed, that they tested the vehicle for 2 days and that there was no more oil leaking. Within 3 days, the vehicle started leaking oil again. When I checked the dipstick, I saw that there were 2 or 3 extra quarters of oil in the vehicle and I immediately brought the vehicle back here. Now they told me that there was oil leaking from different parts of the vehicle due to the pressure and that this repair will cost around $6500 again. I will seek my rights through legal channels. My advice to you is do not even go near this company.
