Everyone was extremely helpful during my visit to the store tonight. Especially one associate who found a pair of glasses that fit my face better. I can’t remember his name, but he had a halls cough drop in his mouth if that helps you identify him 😂. After explaining what I wanted he went to the back and found a pair that wasn’t on display that ended up being exactly what I was looking for! Great customer service!

Really blown away by the people who work at Oakley. Got a custom pair of Flak 2.0’s and was helped by Austin as well as Brandon. Both guys really knew their stuff, from the different styles to Oakley history, to the nitty gritty details.
Had a fun time customizing my Flaks with Austin. He really helped narrow down the many options they had and I absolutely love the pair we ended up creating. Also a super chill guy to chat with!
If you’re unsure about something, go to this store. They’ll make sure you walk away well educated and confident in any purchase.

I had such a great experience at the Irvine Spectrum Oakley store. Brandon, the manager, went above and beyond to help me with my situation. He was patient, kind, and truly cared about making things right. This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes you want to keep coming back. Stores like this set the standard.

We all know that Oakley has top quality sunglasses, but people that work in the store exceed that with detailed, yet very clear answers about any question you might have. They will save your time by directing you straight to what fits your needs, wont try to oversell. Very happy with my new pair of Feedback!

Oakley Airbrake Goggles - Best of the best IMO.
Oakley is a solid company with amazing products; and a commitment to customer satisfaction. That's my experience over the years. I cannot say enough good stuff about my Oakley Airbrake goggles. They are absolutely the most comfortable goggles with the best lens for all types of conditions and terrain; and they have a fantastic wide field of view. Best of all, they have a cutting edge lens replacement system that is WAY easier than any other goggle for switching out lenses...takes 20 seconds. Simply fantastic. You definitely get your moneys worth with these premium goggles. Other goggles are good - these are phenomenal. I had a minor issue with a recent order, and their customer service team got back to me right away. They took care of the situation and got me right back on track with my order. I highly recommend trying out the Oakley Airbrakes. They definitely make my moto days much better.
