David at the Lake Forest drive location was awesome. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Willing to work with my wife and I within our budget and got us an amazing deal on a new mattress. Definitely go see David at OC mattress.

We went to Los Alamitos and Jason helped us find a new comfortable bed. We drove from Long Beach to Orange County lake forest for Jason, he was very understanding of our situation and helped us out A lot very gratefull.

Met Gina at Or Co Mattress Irvine. Didn't buy first place or first mattress as wanted to take my time. Gina was very knowledgeable and very patient. I recently had neck surgery so purchase of bed was very important. We finally decided on a great mattress and euroframe. I think getting a good nite sleep is so important to wake up refreshed. Make sure you talk to them first if you want someone to help you for more than just a fast sale! 5 stars to Gina

Twice I visited this store and twice I had a very pleasant, very positive experience. The salesman, Mike, was incredibly helpful, polite, informative and friendly, and wasn't overbearing at all. After trying many mattresses, I bought one with the great sale they had running. I would highly recommend this store (and especially Mike) for anyone looking for a new mattress in the OC area!

David was amazing & really helped make this experience great. After trying 20 beds I'm surprised he remained patient the entire time. David works hard & has a good heart unlike a lot of sales people out there. He found our dream bed below our budget! We will always come here & refer people to OC Mattress. Our salesman, David, was extremely helpful and patient as we were trying to find my daughter the right kind of mattress. He paid attention to both her needs and our wallet. After shopping at multiple stores his approach was refreshing. And he had the best customer service. We got a great deal and delivery will be in three days. This is our third mattress we have bought here and we are always happy. Thank you David!

I was in need of a mattess and I didnt realize that what i wanted was actually not good for me. I was experiencing really bad back pains and didnt know why. David was really helpful and listened to my needs and explained to me the type of mattress that would help me. I took his professional advice and went with his recommendation. Its been a few weeks and I feel incredible. I had gone to a few other places and the sales persons were quick to try and sell me what i wanted. I still wanted to shop around for the best deal. I live in Buena Park but was in the irvine area and saw Orange County Mattress and decided to take a quick look and David was real cool and knowledgeable and took the time to really understand what i actually needed. His recommendation and the deal he gave me saved me hundreds of dollars. David even called me a week after to see how things were going. I highly recommend David to anyone that needs the proper guidance to a better sleep. Thank you.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. We got a mattress with a really nice sales guy, Ed (not his fault for the bad review). We had our previous mattress for 20 years but thought we should probably replace it. The mattress we got from Orange County Mattress fell apart after 1 year. We followed the convoluted months long process of having an inspector come out. He saw the bending and caving in the middle. We were told to spend more money on extra slats and stilts in the middle (even though our old mattress never needed that). After we provided pictures of the support (that didn't help) they still said we needed different support. So they just kept telling us it was our fault when clearly the mattress was poor quality and their customer service was terrible. We bought a nice mattress from them and now 2 years later we have to buy a new mattress but clearly not from them.

Bought a new mattress around the July 4th holiday and was helped by David, a salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, had me try out various mattresses to figure out which would work best for me. I didn't feel pressured to buy on my first visit. Once I purchased the mattress, I had it delivered two weeks later to match my move-in date. The delivery was smooth and easy and they took away my old mattress without any charge. I love my new mattress and highly recommend getting your mattress from OC Mattress in Irvine.

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first mattress together and had no idea what to buy. David the salesman was so kind and helpful. He listened to our needs and pointed us to the perfect mattress. He wasn't pushy, and he really taught us what we needed to know. We went to 4 other mattress stores, and every time we told each other that our favorite was still the mattress David showed us. All the other salesmen just wanted to make the highest priced sale and the mattresses were never quite right. We got a great deal at OC mattress and had a very positive experience. Thank you, David!

Went in to look for a mattress, didn't really know much about mattresses but I had been having trouble sleeping. Jeff helped me out, he was super knowledgeable and found the perfect mattress for me. I didn't know how amazing an adjustable base is, but my wife and I have never slept better. Ask for Jeff!
