I only use their mail services and can only speak to this. The cost jumped from $15 a month to $45 a month, with a noticeable drop in service corresponding with that. Mail delivery notifications are spotty at best, weird billing issues, etc. this is still cheap relative to similar services, and if you don't get much mail this might still be a good value. Be prepared to chase your mail down though.

Our sales rep Kevin was very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. He walked us through various options to determine the machines that were appropriate for our office.

They just increased their prices by almost 100%, and added more costs that weren't there before. Taking such an advantage in COVID19 times is not acceptable. So I'm leaving and going somewhere else, there are plenty other good places that won't abuse their clients like they do. I hope that everyone who has some common sense will do they same.

Please do yourself a favor and sign up for alternative services at a more reputable and properly managed facility. Your mail is absolutely not safe under their care. Mail receipt notifications never arrive, incorrect charges for postage randomly show up, mail that should have been delivered, never received. In addition, as of last week, google places flags this address as not being a physical location and you wont be allowed to list it as your business address. For your peace of mind, look around, there are cheaper and nationally managed virtual addresses in the area.

This company allows a Mail Fraud company to run there business out of their offices. This is where American Printing Company claims to have their business but they don't, they only receive mail there and that's it.

Extremely horrible customer service. They have young teenagers working here and don't really give a crap about your mail. The owner pays them minimum wage and they're just there to collect a check. When I call to ask for anything regarding my mails; I always get an attitude response as if I'm burdening them. Paid customers should NEVER have to feel this way and get treated like trash.This is bad business!

There is always a problem with my mail delivery. I have to make numerous calls and talk to someone who has an attitude and makes every effort to get off the call and dig deep for hours into why my mails are so much delayed all the time. Is this a joke?!! It takes for ever for me to get my mails and the person in charge really does not know what she is doing or she knows but she simply doesn't care. Mails have been delivered there more than 11 days ago and until now, I do not have the mails nor the scans. This is terrible customer service.

The worst service I have ever received in my life. The whole business is being run by a teenager with countless of performance and accuracy issues and tons of attitude problems. The owner is a lawyer and a decent guy, buy I'm not sure how in earth he could let her to be in charge of such a delicate business and its customer service.

John was incredibly helpful, responsive, & knowledgeable. He knew every detail about his products and his leasing options, always keeping our specific needs in mind. Ultimately (after an excessive deliberation process on our end--our fault, not his) we decided against leasing a high-output printer, and he even took the bad news graciously. Just a classy guy all around.

We leased a Copier from Office Corp. It turned out that we had a tech issue not understood up front by the Vender. After a process Office Corp made it right and we parted ways. I want to point out that at the end of the day Office Corp handled themselves professionally in a tough situation.
