Stay away from this location. It's always messy, and customer service is terrible. Just a bunch of teenagers who don't know how to do their job. Workers always have an attitude too.

There's a Pacsun right by my house, but I work at the Spectrum. I'll definitely be coming to this location every time in the future. Jennifer and Junior went above and beyond to help me find a gift for my wife. She asked for something specific, and they knew exactly what she wanted. They were helpful the entire time I was there, and were so personable from beginning to end. They certainly deserve a raise and some praise. These two gave phenomenal customer service and I'll definitely be back just for them. Thank you so much, Jennifer and Junior. My wife says thank you, too!

Went in today to buy a shrug. The floor was a mess so I asked the the lady (Hispanic, short, with black hair) who seemed to be the manager if she had a shrug I saw online in stock. She immediately said "no we don't but let me go check." Then she comes out with a handful of the shrugs that she initially said she didn't have and I proceeded to the register. I asked if they could price match at the register bc I've had it done for me before and the guy said "no." Confused I said "are you sure?" in the least confrontational tone possible and before he could respond the rude manager from earlier butted in and defensively stated "we don't price match honey." I told her not to call me that and left. Very bad experience.

“I hate Irvine people they’re so entitled.” I heard while browsing from a female worker with dark hair near the back speaking loudly to a tall male worker while very much in earshot of everyone shopping near the brandy Melville section. I would suggest to not work at the Irvine spectrum if you hate your Irvine customers so much. While the remark was not aimed at me (I had just walked into the store) I felt extremely uncomfortable from her unprofessional behavior and left. I did not want to shop somewhere where a kid will so vocally diss and bully their customers. The front male greeter with brown curly/wavey hair managing the line in the front of the store was nice and very professional hence the 1 star.

I bought a pair of shorts and went back two hours later to exchange them for a bigger size because the xs ended up being too small. I had worn them for less than a minute, and although I had taken the tag off I still gave that to them too. I am aware that I messed up and should have been 100% sure that they fit before I removed the tag or "walked" in it, but the way the cashiers went about it was extremely rude. Two of them (one is cashier/salesperson 563566, the other I do not know but I'm pretty sure she was a brunette-- she was the most impolite one) talked to me in a condescending manner, repeatedly telling me to not take the tag off so soon next time, as if I hadn't heard them the first time. They weren't even the ones who helped me/rung me up, yet they still felt the need to jump in and make me feel poorly of myself. On the other hand, my cashier (676726, red hair, nose ring) was nice and understanding about it. There's a difference between telling someone that they messed up in a considerate manner, versus in a patronizing one. The two other cashiers clearly do not know the difference. The fact that they were smiling and whispering near the back of the register towards the end as if judging me didn't help either. The only reason why I didn't give a one-star review was because of the cashier that was nice. I hate to say that the customer service was horrible, because there are so many other workers who put in real effort and are compassionate at this Pacsun. I really don't care about customer service that much, but this was just unacceptable.

Online store is highly deceptive. False advertising. They offer discount codes and then don't give a prompt to use the discount code. Never shopping here again.

Went in today around 12pm to just get a few things for myself. The woman at the register was the sweetest ever and super helpful. Other staff was super kind. I usually try and post reviews when staff is just beyond amazing. Kudos to the hiring manager of this staff team!

Pacsun has always been a favorite of mine. Never have had any bad things to say about it ! Although, I recently visited the Irvine Spectrum Pacsun and It was unpleasant. Messy place but It did not bother me. I was happily shopping until an employee named Bri called me out on walking into an area I was not supposed to. I understand she was doing her job but she could have been less passive aggressive. I accidentally walked in between the registers, not knowing both sides were registers of course. It is designed like a clear open walkway. One side looks like a register and the other like a table for clothes. No signs for customers to be sure not to walk through. I hadn't noticed it was solely an employee walkway until I walked by. I was called out by Bri in a uneasy manner. I felt disrespected but understood ! It must be tiring telling customers over and over again so I said for sure and kept shopping ! I cannot speak for another person but as I was by the check out, I noticed she was unkindly snatching a shirt from a customers hand and simply not being too nice. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it was unsettling. Definitely not going back !

The staff here is ridiculous.. Management is awful and everyone looked so rude. I went to try on some clothing items and there was a MESS of clothing everywhere!! Management did nothing to sort the mess and just stood there doing nothing!! There was two young beautiful ladies that were friendly and I wish I got their names! Other than that everyone else was rude, awful, and smelled terrible.

We spent about $300 there and when we got home we realized the young guy cashier forgot to put my granddaughters earrings in the bag. We called right away and they acknowledged they were there at the counter. They would not send them to us in an envelope, credit our card we payed with or even give us the name of the manager who we were speaking with. She said she didn't feel comfortable giving it to us. Not sure why ?( Danielle ) I think after reading other reviews. Only option was driving back to Irvine Spectrum 1 1/2 hr. Round trip try to find parking and show up in person. Lousy customer service !!!!!!!

Basically my friend and I go in expecting to j browse but ofc she finds these amazing shorts so we go to checkout and the manager Daniel is checking us out and tells us abt the buy one get two free sale that was going on. So of course thanks to him we both walked out with 3 pieces of clothing that were at great prices. He also set us up with accounts and got us $5 more off. Daniel also gave us directions to the beach to avoid traffic because he heard us talking about it. We love Daniel -shar & dom
