I brought both of my dogs in for grooming and paid for the extra face trim. I also specifically requested that the hair around their paws be cleaned up. However, when I picked them up, there was no visible trimming done on their faces, paws, or belly area despite the additional charges.
When I brought this up to the groomer , she told me, “Your dog pulls her paw
I’ll do it next time.”
I found this response unacceptable, especially after I clearly paid for that service during this visit.

During my first visit to your store in search of fish accessories, I discovered several excellent options. However, I encountered a minor issue at checkout; one item lacked a price tag, causing a brief delay in processing my payment. The employee resolved the matter efficiently.

If I could leave a negative point review for the grooming staff in this Petco I would do this. They are not friendly at all with the pets and I am wondering if someone would not like to deal with the pets why they choose to work in grooming. I have taken my dog to this Petco twice since it was close to our home. First time they did not cut and polish the nails of one hand and we noticed once we came back home. We took her again to Petco and they declined and asked to come next time. Second time they claimed our dog did not let them expressing the anal glands saying she was trying to bite them. I have taken my dog for 3 years to other Petco grooming services and they were not only claiming the same but always happy how nice and calm she was during the grooming and anal gland expression. Once we complained and ask them to try it again they have taken my dog to backside and five seconds they came back claiming the same. That was obvious they did not do anything since 5 seconds is not enough to even put on gloves and make the pet ready for it. We were very disappointed and told them we will leave review for their poor service and unprofessional jobs and we have learned recently that they left a note on my dog account in Petco that she is trying to bite for expressing anal glands. This is all despite we took our dog to her vet to check if there is a problem with her anal gland after that and the vet said all was fine. It is noteworthy that my dog is a small Jack Russel breed and super friendly with people, never bites seldom barks.

I came here intentionally to get a turtle but later decided i wanted to adopt two little budgies the whole process was highly complicated and there was a specific dark skinned worker with red hair who was INCREDIBLY rude the whole time when we had questions she would refuse to answer and I understand bad days but i called on MANY different days and once she simply hung up i am highly disappointed and still have remaining questions

I took my daughter to buy a pet this afternoon. She had wanted it for a long time. When we came to the store to buy, a red-haired female clerk refused us to buy. Her reason is that she has no right to get turtles and reptiles, so we can only buy them again tomorrow. My daughter cried sadly. I asked to buy it again, but she still refused! This shopping experience is terrible. I can't understand that a store would refuse customers to buy goods.

I went in to get a Breeze litter box for my cat. The product review stated some issues with urine leaking between the top and bottom around the hinges so I wanted to see if person how that area was made before buying. I took the boxed item to the register and asked to open the box so I could see it and was told NO. Another associate nearby said I could not open it without buying it first. I explained my reasoning and it would have been easy to cut the tape without damaging it but again was told I would have to buy it and then return it if I didn't want it. This is absurd!!!. They regularly put retured products with damaged packaging back on the shelf to sell. This box could have been opened without damaging it if they had been willing. BAD Business!!!! PetSmart doesn't act like that neither does Walmart.
