I was here this morning for my dog vet I appt. ( Vetco ), so when me and my husband enter He took a cart so we put our dogs in the cart and there were two workers by the cashier working on something, one man and a woman, I saw the woman looking at us when we put our dog in the cart but She did not say anything, I saw Her and the guy went in the back of store I think they put away something, then this lady worker came back to the front and went to me straight and said we can not put the dog in the cart without cover pad or anything ( lady you should have said that the moment you saw me when we enter the store putting the dog in the cart ) so I said we always come in this store and never heard any worker telling us that there should be a cover to be able to put the dogs in the cart , we started arguing and She said why am I upset it's just for my dogs protection and I heard Her say a lot of times that She is the one that run that store, well you are not a good worker to run that store because none of the workers know about that policy, everybody should know about that policy that you are talking about ( put cover in the cart ) , like what I said I've been to different stores Petco or Petsmart none of the workers approach us and said to put cover like a pad in the cart to be able to put or dog inside the cart, if this is really a company policy like what this worker said to me Her name was Dana anyway , all employees should be on the same page, not only this one worker, I get what you are trying to say that it's for my dogs protection but my point is why is it that only you know about this company policy? and not other workers? Ive been coming here for years and other Petco locations as well as Petsmart and I always put my dogs inside the cart and never heard anything from employees of these pet stores first time, I guess She has nothing else to do because they are not that busy, She has to keep Herself busy and pick on me, I was going to shop for dog food but decided no to anymore , this lady messed up my day, rules are rules policies are policies but hey, you should all be on the same page not only you Dana is the name !!!

THIS IS FOR THE VETCO INSIDE DO NOT GO HERE! During my last visit, I encountered employees who were not just unhelpful but outright rude. It seemed as though answering questions or providing basic assistance was too much to ask for. The indifference and lack of empathy shown by the staff were shocking, to say the least. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also creates a hostile environment for pet owners who are already stressed about their pets' health. Moreover, the customer service has hit rock bottom. Issues ranging from scheduling appointments to getting through on the phone have become tedious tasks. There seems to be a complete disregard for loyal customers, who, like myself, having brought another pet to be neutered not even three weeks before, entrust the health of our pets to their care. Perhaps most concerning is the noticeable decline in attention to the pets themselves. I felt that my pet was not given the care and attention they deserved. The front desk lady was extremely condescending and let it be known multiple times that our conversation was cutting into her lunch. A not even 30 second long conversation to check in my pet for his appointment of all things. Why not just grab someone else to assist then? This perceived negligence is deeply troubling and raises serious questions about the overall priorities and management of the clinic.

Wanted to buy some medicine for my dog and needed some advice. The two cashiers were too busy, a long queue. The manager walking by, I called at him and he continued his way. The best example why in these days you buy online. I am their customer for 15 year

Paid for nail clipping, nail buffing, and teeth cleaning. My dog's nails were clipped and that was it. Normally Petco does a great job so it might just be this location.

I was denied my grooming appointment. Because my dogs nails didnt get trimmed - he damaged one the next day and it required a $300 vet visit. My dog did not get groomed. I was treated rudely. My birthday was on the 17th and my dog was not clean. Teeth not brushed. No cute gingerbread bandana. and he didnt smell like a cookie. The worse was the ENTIRE experience. I actually cried.

Love this store! The employees are helpful and accommodating and so courteous. I always find what I need and, if they run out of something, they order it for me

My golden doodle is hyper but loves people sweet. Rarely barks at home and when I give her a bath she is still as a statue.Went in for grooming the other day.. while waiting to check-in, a groomer was calling one of the dog’s owner telling them to pick the dog up right now because the dog won’t let them wash and being really ‘mouthy’ meaning biting and won’t stop barking. I didn’t think much of it until she was checking me in saying my goldendoodle has a record of being biting, fighting at another petco location. I couldn’t remember at that moment but I remembered after that I had her shaved paying $110+tip at a different location. I thought it was a good experience because the groomer there was nice and just said my dog was cute! Ears were clean everything else was good so I had a good impression. But obviously she left a note in my dog’s file saying all that. ?Anyway, so the groomer says ‘if she behaves this way again, as you saw me calling the other person, I will call you and you’ll have to pick her up right away’ making me feel like my dog is ‘bad’ and troublesome to them. But needed it to be done so badly, I sent my dog in crossing my fingers.So for next hours while doing my daily routines, I couldn’t take my eyes off my phone. Making me anxious that my dog might be coming home half washed. Two hours later I got a call! I answered right away thinking something is wrong. But it was a call saying ready for pickup. When I got there, my dog was barking non stop just like the other dog earlier… I thought that was weird… maybe something or someone in there is making some dogs really uncomfortable? So I asked the groomer how my dog was.. she went on abt how she couldn’t do something because dog was moving alot and fighting her blah blah and for conclusion that we should take the dog to another location or where they can sedate her… because apparently my dog is so ‘bad’ with groomers! So I thought that my dog would comeout half cut or nothing done or looking horrible. To my surprise tho, she did an awesome job!!… thus the stars. My dog came home and rested peacefully all day while looking cute.. (:My experience here: very iffy and unsettling. I will not be returning to any Petco locations for any of my dogs’ grooming.I don’t like to post reviews but this had to be done.

This is the third time where I’ve ordered dog food canidae online for pick up where the bag given to me at pick up is around a year expired. This is not isolated to this location it’s happened with a couple delivery and other pick up locations. I’ve gotten so used to it now i check before leaving and thankfully saw that the bag i was just given expired over a year ago. When i told the the attendant she responded initially with “no those are all new” when it was printed right on the bag. Thankfully she came over and saw and exchanged the bag. I’m only leaving a bad review, as i hate doing so, as this has been the reason why my dog has gotten sick a few times.

This Petco’s service sucks! IF there is a person up front to check you out, it will take forever. There was an employee’s child behind the register’s today playing and running around which was irritating. I have picked up multiple cans of cat food and almost everytime I finally get checked out they tell me “o we can’t sell you this one”- then why are they out on the shelves??? Please make this Petco better with more staff, helpful staff, better inventory, and no children behind the counters
