Went 3 different times to get finger print scanned and machine broken every time
Last time i went after i called to confirm it was operating,
Only one worker knows how to use machine so service was refused and told to come back after their lunch

The service here is fantastic and has always exceeded my expectations. As a business owner and longtime mailbox holder, I have never had a single issue and have always been notified promptly when packages arrive. Amy and her team are attentive, well-trained, efficient and pleasant. The value-add to my business certainly exceeds the cost and I would recommend them enthusiastically over other providers.

Usually when I come in here it’s to grab my packages & leave most of the time the people seem friendly however this morning when I went the girl with the Mickey Mouse sweater had a huge attitude I walked in she looked at me didn’t acknowledge me while she was in the back I sat there for a good two minutes, I believe when a customer arrives you should stop what u are doing and attend to them, when she finally came to the front I wasn’t greeted so I said “hello” she didn’t respond just looked at me & said how “can I help you?” I told her I needed to get my package and I told her my box number she didn’t say anything just went to grab it, when I got my package she tried to change her attitude by saying “here you go” but by that time I am already turned off my her services. Just rude, smh people pay good money to support this business it would be nice that we get treated as such a simple hello can go along way, if u hate your job choose a different one! ☝️

I needed to take a picture of me with some specific dimensions (different from regular passport pic) and they used their program and were very helpful. And they offer pics of a very good quality.

I had a time sensitive document package to get out with some questions regarding the shipping, tracking, and insurance….Marianna was an angel to work with- so helpful with information and patient filling everything out. She even helping me write on the label because my handwriting is sub par ;) Great experience!

I used to use this place a lot for shipping.
But recently I found out that they also handle part of DMV service such as auto renewals and I found that it's very useful.
They are also very friendly and knowledgeable. So I was glad to be able to use their services with peace of mind.

They provide professional ID photo services. The staff are super nice and helpful! I need to get a ID photo with tricky requirements, had to try 3 different stores and finally got one that passes the checklist here. Highly appreciate their assistance!
