DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE NOT ASIAN!
I needed to complete my Hazmat and TWIC Card for CDL purposes after I pre enrolled online on the TSA website. I was mistreated so bad by both the Asian lady and her husband which I feel was because of my race. She spoke to every Asian who came in so nicely and with a different tone but to me she was so rude and disgusting. She insisted that I needed a live scan form for Hazmat and TWIC which is completely false as I completed the process today at a different location who treated me with dignity and respect with my birth certificate and state DL as stated by the email I received by TSA themselves. Her husband with his snarky remarks about my generation which is funny as he could hardly work an iPhone. I reported this location to TSA and they will be investigating on why I was refused service even though I brought my proper documentation. If you are going to be running a business, you should actually know how everything works and not give out misinformation. Find somewhere else!!!

I’ve been doing my postal service here and the lady always helps me. The services I’ve tried here are - Self Addressed Envelope for the Embassy, International Document Delivery, and same State Document and Item Delivery.

My 3rd place I called for a prepaid LiveScan finger printing job. Thankfully she was clear when I called, that my prepaid certificate they do take.
Carol knew what she was talking about and said they can take prepaid or just the form. No problems. Done in 10min.

The Asian lady is very loud and every time I try to return a package because of an issue with the item she charges me 2 dollars just to tape the bag, so ridiculous

Got my fingerprints done here and the male owner gave me a bad attitude and was just too aggressive with his words. Not a good experience.

Do NOT go here for notary services. The notary person A-Hamid Amini did not even read the document with the information requested, slammed a certificate down, shoved my husband's finger on the book for fingerprinting and said "Pay me over here." He refused to acknowledge the necessary information on the document and proceeded to merely argue with me. I am utterly appalled at his disregard to look at my document. Clearly, he needs a new job because he is not happy with it and takes it out on customers.Update: I called my company who stated, "Yes, the notary must write out the information requested on the document onto his certificate." After SECOND and THIRD TRIPS to this store, my company said "Find another notary." And we did- one that actually read my document and put in the info needed onto the California certificate. UNBELIEVABLE.

The indian male working at the register was SO RUDE. i was dropping off a UPS package and then asked if there was a receipt. Then he said if i wanted it i had to ask for it and that it was $10. I asked why it was $10 and the lady said he was joking but he was not funny at all. As i proceeded to leave after i got the receipt i told him the way he said that was rude to a customer. Then he said "jesus christ!" I have no idea how and why that is ok. The service itself is fine but the staff is definitely not. If a customer feels like they were treated rudely "jesus christ" is the last thing that should be yelled at the customer. Awful place.

Best spot for Passport renewal and it’s not even close! I had gone to Walgreens & the photos looked like trash the woman who works at this postal Annex is Supper helpful, she walked me through every step and confirmed my documents were correct & went above and beyond anything i had expected!Very surprised by all these negative posts…. Maybe they’re just unhappy people looking to rain on at the parades ?♂️ because the few times I’ve been there the team has been nothing but nice & helpful.

The owner (male) is usually quiet. The lady - omg! Needs to simmer down a bit. She is loud and obnoxious commenting on every possible thing she sees and hears. Lacks professionalism. That being said, both times she promised/reassured that my parcels will make it earlier than the time frame I was looking at, she literally lied. When asked the best and economical way to send it, she suggested outside carrier and indicated I go to usps instead of coming to her. Lady please simmer down, and stop being loud and obnoxious and getting personal. You are annoying. You just lost a customer..

I went in there to ask if they offered live scans, which is a simple question. Rather then being helpful, the man working was so hostile toward me and just lecturing that I needed paperwork and how is he going to even know who I am. The rudeness was such a turn off that I walked out. They will not be getting my business ever and looking at the negative reviews, they'll continue losing more customers.

I have read several reviews saying that they had problems being denied shipment of packages because of the tape color or improper boxes. The same thing happened to me. I took the package that was being shipped from my eBay account. The label had already been printed. I too believe it because I am not buying anything from them they don't really want me there. She tried to reject my box saying it was too heavy because it weighed more than a pound. I am wondering if this branch is a franchise. Maybe they don't want to do anything that doesn't make money for them personally. Just saying..

Visited here to mailed a few packages and get labels. Staff is OK and knowledgeable and have different options on shipping. However very long wait. There was an issue with my box and they didn't accept it but I ended up just buying their own packaging. Luckily I had tape in my car so it wasn't an issue.

They refused to mail a box because she said the color tape was unacceptable for the USPS. However when I went on their website they brown color is fine. My son went the next day to mail it and they said the box was too big. It already had the postage paid so that might have something to do with it!
