Don't trust these guys. I was convinced that to sign a lease in order to see the unit, but afterwards can't cancel without paying for the whole month. I signed up at 6pm, went back next morning and told it won't fit my requirements so please cancel. At first told they understand my situation and will cancel and won't charge me anything, and then another lady called and said something different and now I have to pay admin fee. Then 2 days later another guy called and said I have to pay the whole things.
Good luck to you and be aware with these guys.

It feels unfair that the storage unit rates increase every four to six months. After being a customer for over four years, they essentially treat it like real estate.” we have to keep moving around, now we are moving out from this company storage.
I do have to say am very appreciate it, with customer services at front office ***** (Ivette) *****

Cyndi was very helpful today finding my father a new unit to transfer to. My father only speaks mandarin so I came along to translate, but she made the process so easy and convenient for my father by using her personal device to translate information so that my father was able to understand. That’s definitely going the extra mile for customers! I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to write this review because of it and I highly recommend you come to this location for your storage needs.

I’ve had an excellent experience for the last 2 years at this Public Storage location! Yvette, the current manager, runs the place flawlessly. The facility is always spotless, well-lit, and feels completely safe every time I visit. The location is very convenient, and the access process is smooth and easy. Yvette is incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about helping customers. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs perfectly. Highly recommend storing here!
