I've been a customer for over 16 months now. The best thing about this facility is Scott. He goes out of his way to make sure I'm taken care of and always calls me by name. This is one of the largest storage areas around and provides a lot of different options. It's consistently well managed, clean, and secure. I really enjoy the climate control, especially during the summer.

— Bait and switch! — They get you in with a low, FAKE teaser rate the HIT YOU with a 25% INCREASE in just THREE MONTHS and then raise it again and again and again. Be careful because this feels like entrapment and should be illegal.

I was looking for a short term storage facility that was indoor, climate controlled, and located on the ground floor. I found this public storage facility online and called the customer service line. Unfortunately, they told me that there wasn’t any units available that matched all of my requirements. The rep told me that I should at least put a hold on one of the units and something may pop up. Within minutes of confirming a reservation, the actual location manager called me. I spoke to a very nice woman named Margaret, who informed me that she in fact had a few available units that matched my requirements. I went into the facility shortly after and met Margaret. She showed me my options of storage units to which I found one perfect for my needs. She explained how billing would work, the services and supplies they offered and on site benefits available to me. I was able to secure an appropriate unit. The checkout process was very thorough and efficient because Margaret had the best customer service. I am very satisfied and confident that this is the perfect experience for my storage needs. Thank you Margaret!!

AMAZING Service. Came the first day and got a tour of all available units w/ honest pricing. Then, the attendant, Gabriela, stayed LATE to help us move in on the second day when we were running behind. SUPER HELPFUL.
