I’ve been here for years now, i even had a break-in which the Insurance covered and paid off.
Gaby was helpful and ensured that i got all the help i needed when it occurred.
I come here often since i have work-related arrangements, and it’s been convenient.

Not recommended!
Location 17792 Cowan, Irvine, CA
I visited this location on Sunday and waisted my time for about 2 hours and half!
but unfortunately, the person in charge was not professional and kept me waiting for a long time. In the end, they made several mistakes that caused significant inconvenience and financial loss for me.
They initially showed me one unit, but then mistakenly assigned me a completely different one. Additionally, there was a pricing error that further added to the issue. Even after contacting customer service, no one was able to resolve the problem, and I ended up bearing the full cost of these mistakes.
I kindly request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate actions be taken to correct this situation and to prevent similar issues from happening to other customers in the future.

Today was my move-in Gabby was wonderful give me a tour provided a pushing cart . She informed me about the hours. Very very helpful

Gabby is unhelpful, barely in the office. I kept checking periodically over the course of an hour for help and nobody was inside the office. Gabby finally showed up and was very unhelpful. There have been other instances where nobody is in the office where she should be
