I had an amazing experience at this Public Storage location! The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Chris, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He is by far the most helpful and nicest worker I’ve encountered. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I had everything I needed. His professionalism and kindness made this experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location, especially thanks to Chris!

Best customer service with a smile from Chris L. By far the best experience received. Never felt so excited in renting a new storage unit. It was definitely a sign. Answer all my questions and gave me the best advice on size and location of the storage unit. Definitely see Chris for all the questions you may have ?!

I have been here at this location on construction circle for few years. Chris the new manager by far is the best. During summer it gets extremely hot and makes me worried. I discussed that last week with Chris. Today I came I wanted to check and see how the temperature is on second floor. My god it was a different ball game and it is much cooler and well maintained. I have talked about this extremely hot temperature with previous managers and none of them did any thing about it!!
In fact they all agreed that it is extremely hot and that is why they are hesitant to go to upstairs. With that said no wonder some times you could see people’s junk around. Again because it was So Hot up there they were reluctant to go up there because it was suffocating. Except Chris the one and only who did a great thing regarding cooler temperature this time of the year. A Big shout out to Chris the manger. Thank you Chris!!!!

0 stars. My friend moved into her storage and then some woman called yelling and demanding that she come to the storage to bring in her ID. She was so rude and disrespectful my friend just began crying because when she made the account online to reserve and pay for the storage it only asked for her DL # and DOB and name. It never asked for a picture. My friend has recently gotten her purse stolen with her ID, which is why she was so happy that she was able to get a storage without having it. The woman working there disabled her access code so she wasn't able to access her things. This is not how any customer should be treated. It's so sad that people can just get away with treating people like this because she works with corporate. Smh! Shame on you guys!

Taylor is the man !!!!! This Center should be Taylors because some other boso left before me and my wife got there. The other person just left early but thank God Taylor was there to save us . I really hope his Management see this because Taylor was so nice that he came after work from another Center just to take care of me and my wife. He was super nice and friendly just a great guy . I know the Contruction office is not his office but it needs to be because a lot of good people come here and he would be a great fit for this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Taylor you Saved us that night appreciate you Brother please work at the Construction location so we can see ya more often thanks brother you really need a raise too and this location hope you can get here all the time peace.
