It offers a variety of shops and services, including a supermarket, restaurants, nail salons, and a gas station. The shopping center is easily accessible from the I405 and features romantic seating areas that are free and relaxing for visitors. Customers praise the fresh and delicious flavors of the Japanese restaurant, as well as the outstanding cuisine and service at the new Italian restaurant, Oliver's Trattoria. While the overall shopping experience is positive, some have noted issues with the car wash at the gas station. A retail center with a nice atmosphere hidden and surrounded so nicely by trees. It has the services, including grocery and drug stores, and restaurants, one would expect at a town center.
