Go to a different location. Down the street or the sand canyon location is great. I generally don't book here because I have never had a good experience here. Even prior to the automated system, I've avoided this location. I decided to book here because I had a time sensitive test and it was the only time/lab available. I won't go into the details but it's time and temperature sensitive. I was five minutes late for my appointment and they told me (after I finally got a hold of someone) that I had lost my appointment. The staff were telling other people they were running behind. At a prior appointment , I was given a canister for the sample I was never told I needed to make an appointment. I was told it would be more convenient for the staff if I did. When I informed one of the staff members this was the case she disregarded me and blew me off. I honestly don't think a person has been so rude to me and I've working in customer service. Another staff member simply walked away while I was talking to her. I tried to ask if I should leave or go to another lab but was ignored. It's seems the culture here is to be rude because I was not the only person being ignored or treated rudely. Finally one of the staff listened to me and she told me the test would be fine but didn't seem to know what test I was talking about when she asked me what it was. Knowing that so many people have had issues with quest not handing this test properly, I was worried. During this I kept looking online at other locations and finally one opened up at sand canyon. Go there. The staff are helpful to everyone. Even as I was leaving a staff member was helping an elderly person. I know it's weird to have a preference on lab but it gives an idea of how much either myself or family I care for are at these places.

Every time i need a blood draw, I always use this Quest location. The entire staff are very friendly, highly skilled and proficient. One tip, always make an appointment because this is a smaller location and walk-in visits will take awhile.

First visit to this location today and it was great! Such a kind hardworking team! Even when persons were not behaving like adults they handled themselves with class! I was dehydrated and she took the time to use a smaller needle and ensure I was ok. Thank you this will be my new favorite location!

It's the worst! You can't get an appointment. The login system has no digital insurance card option, and you can't get past that page. There is no customer service to ask for help. Finally, when someone comes to call a name to draw blood, they will tell you say no insurance. It's an awful system, and there in no customer service. We need options!!!

Glad I decided to go here though the reviews show 2.7 rating. I guess it came from older reviews. But what I experienced today as of Jan 2024, the place is super clean, very organized. 2 check in kiosks. Everything just went smoothly, i had booked appointment prior to my visit. They accept walk-ins too, but will of course prioritize the ones with appointments already. The lady who drew my blood was incredibly nice and it was painless and quick ! Will definitely recommend this Quest to anyone!

I had my blood drawn today and Isabel is literally THE BEST. Kind, compassionate and wonderful. Easy check in from a text and then Isabel was who drew my blood. I usually faint and she was kind and supportive with the fact that I need to lay down. Isabel is the reason I only book this location. Please keep her Quest!!

I had a 7:10 appointment and got in right away. Bridget was friendly and gentle when she drew my blood. I was out of the office in 10 minutes. Thanks Bridget, for making this so easy.

My dad came for blood work, they were super fast and friendly and Ferriba was amazing! My dad has difficult veins for taking blood but she got it on the first try. :)

Wow 96 of 164 reviews one star! Whole heartedly agree...make it 97. In the big picture this company puts profits over people and has no accountability. They clearly do not care for the patients' experience. Computer check in only and no one to answer any questions at all. The staff person we encountered (older Caucasian lady with glasses) was outrageously rude and uncompasionate when she came out front to deal with UPS and my daughter dared to ask her a simple question. Apparently treating people with common decency and civility is not a requirement of the job. We arrived at 7 am when they opened, and their appointment board was scheduled for 5 people every 10 minutes. Only two lab workers were coming to call people in about every 10 minutes. By 7:20 they were already falling behind, due to gross over scheduling. We waited for 40 minutes, we not seen and there was no one to answer a simple question regarding an issue with the scheduling board. My disabled and chronically ill daughter left without her labs in tears, after her encounter with the verbally abusive woman. In our experience it is a work atmosphere where the staff are over-worked, and they take out their frustrations on the patients with no consequences.

Checked in exactly at 1pm for a 1pm appointment. There were 3 people ahead of me. I was called in within a couple minutes and had my blood drawn. I walked out of the unit at 1:10pm.Insanely fast. Also, Fariba drew my blood and was fantastic. Efficient, personable, and virtually painless.

After my blood test, they provided me with items to return the next day. when I returned, I was informed that they couldn't accept my insurance, namely Optime Monarch. Despite waiting almost an hour, the experienced lady with 17 years was rude and unkind She informed me they couldn't receive the items I was dropping off. My insurance was the same as used the day before. The 17 years of experience LADY couldn't learn anything and she was R.......... ..SHAME ON YOU (Quest Diagnostics)

After reading the other 1 star reviews it's clear that this company does not care about the patient experience. There are at least 4 phlebotomists on staff today. However on average they serve one person at a time. It's very clear that they do not want walk-in patients because the wait is ridiculously long. If no one is being served, why can't a person waiting be served in between appointments? It's ridiculous at this point. I'm literally on the waiting list because a "website glitch" caused my appointment to get cancelled and I was already here. Had I known it would take this long I wouldn't have waited. In the last HOUR they have called ZERO people from the wait list when at most there are only 2 people checked in for appointments and again at least FOUR phlebotomists here. What are they doing in between appointments?!!! It seems like they are purposely waiting until the next appointment to serve anyone. At this point, I guess I have to ride it out. Maybe I'll get seen before 2024.

Horrible office experience and wait times, appointments cancelled or lost. Waitlisted wait times are hit and miss.

They tell you they take walk ins but they don't actually take walk ins. They were SO nasty to me and said WE WON'T DO THIS AGAIN. When they gave me the test they didn't tell me they won't take walk in drop offs. The other walk in folks who were waiting with me were treated poorly as well. If drop offs require an appointment then inform the patients ahead of time, don't get snippy with us because your company is intentionally understaffing and over booking.
