My visit was quick and efficient. It usually is with an appointment, with the exception of some busier days. As someone who gets my blood drawn regularly, this is my go to clinic specifically because of Nurse Nasrin. I got lucky this time, and got Nurse Nasrin. She is amazing! Since I am prone to fainting she always hears my concerns and lets me lay down on the table for a blood draw. Not only is she quick and professional, but she is also very kind, gentle and caring. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I am okay as I always get dizzy and light-headed afterward a blood draw. She always offers me a towel, a cup of water, and time to rest. She also always makes sure that I am well enough to leave the clinic. Absolutely the most caring and kindest nurse I've ever met! If I ever get lucky to have her as my nurse, I immediately feel at ease, because I know that I will be in good hands. She always takes such good care of me whenever I get her. She is also the only nurse that knows how to draw from my tiny, complicated veins in one try. Most other nurses have to poke and prod me several times on each arm before finally getting a blood draw. Nurse Nasrin is one of the rare health care professionals that makes me feel seen and truly cared for. I highly recommend this clinic and Nurse Nasrin!

Today Vanessa did my blood draw. I always have little panic attacks when doing blood test and she was extremely patient with me. She was quick and great. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Having an appointment made things easy and efficient.

I went to Quest in Valparaiso, IN for cortisol saliva testing. When I wanted to drop them off, I was told that I had to register at the kiosk and wait. I didn't know I had to have an appointment for a drop off, so walk ins are a "wait forever" situation. These test samples are supposed to be refrigerated and by the time I would finally get in, they would certainly be at room temperature. I will never waste my time with Quest again. Their customer care is the WORST I've ever experienced.

Not sure of all the negative reviews but this is my go-to spot to draw bloods and I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. I've been here 7 times in total in the last few years. I always make an appointment and they are always good about getting me in exactly on my appointment time. Sometimes I get in a few min's before my appt and a couple times I've had to wait 5-10 min's after my appointment. The staff is always friendly. I sign in through text message that I receive from Quest earlier that AM. Soon as I walk in the door, I click on the Quest message to check-in, I sit down in the chair for literally a few min's and then my name gets called. Very easy and convenient. A+

Horrible experience, I bought a test and went there two times for an hour and their system did not show that I bought a test and they finally after wasting 2-3 hours of my time, decided to refund me which I have not received my refund yet

Just my personal experience of course but my experience was pretty good.I got everything done from checking in to walking out in 20mins, although i did make an appointment days ahead as it was highly recommended by my provider. Basically as soon as i checked in at the ipad kiosk, I was called and helped.highly recommend making an appointment before going in.

Worst billing department ever. Have zero willingness to help customer/patient.They just know how to read pre-written scripts without understanding your issue.

I walked in to a quite busy little Quest Diagnostic. Of course, there was no receptionist. All the Lab techs were busy performing blood drawn and answering questions to the walk-in customers . There were no eye contacts or even a smile. I was very thankful when Tammy came out to speak to another patient in the waiting room. I approached her with my questions and still with a smile on her face she took the time to provide optimal customer service . She asked me to sign up at the Kiosh , I didn't have to wait long . She accommodated my walk-in shortly after I signed in. I wanted take this opportunity to say "THANK YOU, Tammy!!!" She is awesome to say the least . If anything , a little smile here and there goes a long way. It's already stressful to be in this kind of environment and we certainly do not need to look at grumpy lab techs.

My recent experience was good. I scheduled an appointment online. Got there right in time and received a text telling me to checkin from my mobile phone. My appointment was Wednesday, 30 minutes before closing time. I waited 5 minutes then the nurse called me in to draw my blood. It was quick and easy.

How about working on your communication skills? I checked in at 12:50 PM for my appointment, just as the Quest Diagnostics application instructed me. I walk in, sit down in the (completely empty) waiting room, and notice that my name initials are on the TV notification prompt (12:52 PM). At least TEN people walk in front of me. AND at least FIVE of them get seen BEFORE me (1:30 PM). The "lead practitioner" proceeds to FINALLY call my name, saying shortly after, "I had called your name before..." (1:45 PM) Are you kidding me? You see me sitting here, sweating from sitting down so long with the reflection of the sun shining right through the waiting rooms glass window, waiting 10, 20, 30 minutes AFTER I check in, AND you go ahead and service five other appointments ahead of me??? There are clear glass/plastic composite walls in the front as well, so you can also SEE right through the front to SEE who is waiting, let alone cameras in the back? So interesting how one with (what would seem) to be such a sophisticated, intelligent background, can be so ignorant, beyond rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, arrogant, possibly even prejudice, and unequivocally uncalled for as an individual human being. What is the point of being on time for appointments when they will not be on time for you? My appointment was at 1:00 PM, not 1:45 PM. Simple math, not phlebotomy. If no stars could be selected for this review, it still would not be enough. Sometimes, people just do not understand what they do to you and how it affects the rest of your life. Your job means nothing when you do not even know how to communicate with people who are putting their trust in you. Despicably unacceptable.

I made an appointment online and got called within minutes of checking in with the link sent to my phone. The person who took my blood was friendly and efficient. I was in and out and had no complaints.

My experience has been great. No attitudes from some workers. My only concern is when you do a specimen I & 0. I don't think that should require an appt. It seem like it would move other appt or walkins faster. If specimen is collected & or given documented ,upon return/pickup of the person responsible. Thank you!

Re: Quest Diagnostics - Daytona Beville 1500 Beville Rd Ste 601 Daytona Beach, FL 32114-5623 (386)255-2584 (386)255-2585 This location was by far the worst Quest Diagnostics staff ever! I have been using this particular Quest for years and never had the experience I had today! These staff members are not welcoming and have 0 customer service skills! The sign in screen is directly in the middle of the check in counter so you can't walk up to the counter. The staff walk by the counter and sees you standing there and won't even acknowledge you. I had to stand to the side of the screen and flag down a lab tech (seemed to be a short Hispanic lady...no disrespect intended) she actually answered my question. One particular staff member (black female with super short hair in a small, tiny not so neat ponytail) had dirty, wrinkled royal blue scrubs on was standing talking to another tech who was helping a patient. One tech sent a blind pt. to the waiting room and left him. He actually walked into me sitting and hit me with his cane trying to find the door to leave. Another male pt. waited to ask a question about signing in and they never acknowledged him. He then asked me to help him. I eventually left after waiting so long. The WORST customer service ever!!! They need a whole new crew and a manager to oversee this particular Quest!!!

About once every 10 years I forget how much I loathe this location. Made that mistake again today. Having an appointment doesn't seem to matter as 24 people ahead of me were listed with the same appointment time. Gave up and left. Never again.
