Long wait at cashier! For some reason the cashier after bringing the items herself for the customer, left to take groceries to put in the customer car while we (other customers) were waiting. The customer they helped were a young man and not a handicap person! That is something very unusual in any grocery store! Very strange!

While it may be a little more pricey and smaller than a regular Ralphs. Its still a nice place to shop. I like to go in the evening a couple hours before closing to avoid the crowds.

They don’t do anything about dogs coming in the store. Some have a “ fake” service vest and are obviously not . I’ve been to 3 Ralphs stores in OC and the same problem

This is good place to shop. Ralph's is grocery store your entire family likes to shop. Love shopping at Ralph's.

I had a good lunch at the deli today. Boars head roast beef sandwich on squaw bread with horseradish sauce. I had a great sandwich so I returned and the sandwich section was empty ☹️. The deli doesn't make sandwiches to order anymore. Only premade. So I have to say Ralph's has some great Ice Cream ? sales here.

I've shopped at Ralphs stores forever but in the past few years their customer service has gone down the toilet! And their baggers could use some training as well. They ALWAYS bag the bread and egg cartons where the end up getting smashed even though you ask them to bag those items carefully. This is what happens when you hire people who aren't qualified or because the company doesn't care about the customers and/or they don't bother training their employees to bag properly or give good customer service. Poor business professionalism...SAD!

I like this Ralph’s, even though it’s a smaller store. The aisles can sometimes be a bit crowded with all of the side-stacks, which is annoying. The staff is friendly but on the particular visit I had a problem. I purchased two jugs of tea which stated they were 2 for $6. At checkout they did not ring properly and I had to go back to take a picture of the tag on the shelf. The problem ended up being they put the tag in front of the wrong item. They didn’t offer me anything for the mistake they made.

Sarah at the self checkout is absolutely amazing! She is welcoming and very attentive! She is the only reason I come to this store!
