If you don’t care about questionable “ service “dogs in the bakery department sniffing at cupcakes then it’s an ok store. I’m looking for a Ralph’s that doesn’t allow non service dogs on the store. So far I have been on 3 Ralph’s stores in Orange County and I report it to staff and no one does anything about it. I emailed the Kroger corporate office. No help.

People are pleasant and enthusiastic in serving and helping customers here. If you have any suggestions and complaints, they take them very seriously and want to improve themselves. They do want to treat customers well. So voice your opinions by informing their managers or filling out online complaint forms to help keep a good store like this to hold high standards for customers to enjoy shopping here, so that together we can grow as a community and as a society.

Reminds me of junior high and high school, since it was one of the closest grocery stores to our home back then. Love and nostalgia.

Large California grocery store chain with a good selection of food products. Impressive selection of cheese, liquor, meats and produce in addition to canned & bottled & otherwise shelf-stable kitchen and menu items. Self-service check-out as well as assisted. If you're purchasing liquor you can't use the self-checkout kiosks but must go through an assisted lane.

Employees accuse you at check out of stealing saying “I know what you people do” complete discrimination. Man-woman cashier harassing customers not honoring sale prices. Ridiculous

I love this Ralphs, great fresh produce and wonderful deli selection. Their chicken enchiladas are better than so many Mexican restaurants I’ve eaten at.

Nice market, but for a person on a wheelchair like myself, it is more difficult to shop by myself after their recent remodel put plastic doors on all the previously open refrigerator cases. They don't stay open by themselves nor do they open flat so it's much harder to get to items
