Rand Technology purchased $64,000.00 worth of parts from Us. We paid in Advance and shipped Net 30 per their PO. We shipped factory sealed original product.The stories on this deal are so unbelievable we had a hard time grasping the evolution.#1- The Date Code was too old, Then the Engineers approved the date code, and Rand advised us to ship them.#2- Then the story changed to " Manufacturer claims they were not from Original Chanel. WE WENT TO MANUFACTURER AND MANUFACTURER DOCUMENTED THEY WERE FROM ORIGINAL CHANNEL TO THE OEM, Completely Documented from Manufacturer and was provided to Rand. Finally the COO gets back to me (3) weeks after they have the parts in hand and tells the truth, Their Customer cancelled on them, they want an RMA because their Customer cancelled on them. They asked for a couple days to review options, I told them I would take them back with 33% restocking fee.They asked for an extension last week, which I did, Today they asked for another 2-3 days.I am not giving them an RMA, I have hired Counsel in LA and am having them served and a lien placed on their business immediately. If you need to sell to them, make sure it is TT advance or you too could be ripped off.
