Regal University Town Center is a great movie theater with a great atmosphere. The theaters are clean and the seats are super comfortable and plush with good reclining options. The screen is huge with clear picture and good audio. There is a good variety of food and drink items, though the popcorn is sometimes a little cold and combo prices may not match the board. The staff is friendly. Parking is rough and finding a spot is always a challenge. There are many chances for discounts, including $7 movies on Tuesdays, and their rewards program is worth it for earning points and free items.
Went to go see Hadestown. The theater was very clean and stuff was friendly. They also have the recliner seats that are so comfortable!

The remodel was needed and they did a pretty good job. Nice to see normal mainstream movies here. It's a smaller theater than those compared to spectrum or big Newport.
