If you have a huge room for which you're looking for future... you might find some here. I, on the other hand, was looking for a small loveseat for home office for a condo. The furniture they had here was likely bigger than the entire room I was trying to put the loveseat in... in fact, the furniture was far too big for even my living room. (Note: I have been to regular Restoration Hardware stores and did not have this issue.) I was also unimpressed with the service, or lack thereof. No greeting, no checking in with me, no... nothing. I appreciate it when salespeople leave you to wander around, but I kind of felt like I was an inconvenience for even being in the store? Even if I did have the space or they had smaller pieces, I don't think I'd come back for that reason. I'd rather give my business to someone who wants or appreciates it. 2023: 60/100

Poor customer service experience here. No one around to ask questions. Sales associates walking around but never asked me if I needed help. Some good furniture items here mainly the cabinets. But generally overpriced and off beat. Won't be coming back

I like the service here. For example. I'll see a piece of furniture that I like in the showroom in costa mesa ca. I will call my salesperson in the outlet and have them look for the piece if they currently have on the floor. They will quote me a price and give the condition of the piece. If they don't have it they call me if they get one in. The price can be negotiated based on the pieces condition. There are good at what they do. It helps make a personal appearance to find a associate that you can count on. It all depends on your wait time. Sometimes it takes to Months get what your in the outlet. They also will call the other stores if you want to go there instead.

Shout out to Skip and Ivan. Above and beyond in the customer service department. They both showed incredible patience while a sorted out my rug situation. It's nice to see you get the same caliber of service here that you get at the regular galleries. A quick nod to Christina (sp?) for displaying a great sense of humor last year. She spent over 1/2 hour with my wife and I only to have us slam on the brakes at the last minute. A lot of people would have held that against us but not her. I guess that's why she runs the place. I'm not really an outlet kind of guy, but for some reason I love this place. It's like a treasure hunt every time I'm there. The inventory changes daily too. What more could you ask for. 5 stars all day. Thank you.
