AWFUL service (?) I've been coming here for years but Andrea was so shockingly rude that it's not worth the trip again. My 4yo wanted to buy a chocolate covered apple that had a heart on it. Andrea made a mistake and tried charging me $15. When I showed her that it was not marked correctly, or at all, she lost her composure and told me she is refusing service . . . wow, I guess she can't handle being proven wrong. The photo shows two price tags, one for $11 and the other for $9. And these are typical of what we paid in the past-never $15! The heart one was placed right in the empty spot, without any other price tag. Andrea's extreme reaction was so ugly and erratic; an unsavory experience when buying chocolate.

I spent $23.00 on several different chocolates, and all of them were stale. The peanut butter in the peanut butter fingers was hard, when it should be soft and melt in your mouth. The Marshmallows in the avalanche bark were hard and chewy, instead of fluffy. The only item that was decent was the Carmel apple. I will not be going back to this location.

Terrible! BEWARE!! I ordered 3 dark chocolate rocky road clusters and Paid $15 for rocks! Marshmallow was super hard and dark chocolate tasted bitter and old with a white film on top ..old ! Went to return and they decided to exchange it instead and again it turned out to be the same that's the reason for this review...no returns but exchanges..bad business

I never see the white or dark chocolate covered licorice anymore…. I settled for something else, and it was old, not fresh. The sixteen year old girls behind the counter were nice enough, but weren’t much of help answering any of my questions. Management needs to step it up!!! Educate your staff and probably pay them more. I left disappointed:(

Placed an order through DoorDash. Waited for three hours after which time I received someone else's order. Instead of $65 worth of sugar free candy, I received two sugar filled chocolate covered apples. Even in Bidens america do two apples not not $65. Even covered in chocolate (that I can't eat).

Honestly I've realized this chain is only good for their apples. Their chocolate doesn't seem high quality compared to smaller chocolate shops. We stopped here for hot chocolate & chocolate covered honey comb and it was worst we have ever had. It was so watery. Was definitely a powder mix but not enough powder lol. Then the honeycomb is melting and unable to bite without it sticking to the front teeth. Was not made right or cheap honey comb. Not sure. I know you sometimes get a hard piece but this is just gross. Then we got some truffles and they were ok. Oreo one wasn't good The snickers apple was great.

The chocolates were decent, but the prices for a single one? It's absolutely ridiculous-- how did I end up paying $2 for a 1-inch piece of chocolate? Better ask them for prices before you actually pick anything!

Who doesn't love caramel apples, chocolate and fudge? I love Rocky Mountain's Old Fashioned Fudge, Milk Chocolate Covered Oreos with that perfect crunch and chocolatey goodness, and of course their Apple Pie Caramel Apple. It's my favorite caramel apple ever. Cinnamon Sugar, White Chocolate, Caramel and a Green Apple all blend perfectly together into an amazing caramel apple. Those three are my go-to's and favorite desserts. Thank you Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for the delicious treats!
