May have a great product but their customer service is horrible. They say they ship in 24 to 48 hours - they do not. Brandon in customer service is a broken record of worthless information and has no ability or doesn't care to resolve issues. Based on my experience, we're now trying to cancel the order.

I've been using Sena products day in and day out for motorcycling since 2013, and cycling since 2019. It's hard to imagine riding without having intercom technology or handsfree access to my phone. I especially love how easy the Mesh intercom network makes connecting multiple devices, even from different product lines. Very cool products, and innovations

My brand new SMH10 repeatedly bricked itself. After consulting youtube to learn how to use their extremely outdated software to update/reset the unit, it happened again. And again. I eventually got through their ~2005 customer service messaging system to a SENA customer service rep who was helpful. (TIP: email to submit a ticket because all other communication is a frustrating dead-end). They issued a replacement/return authorization but I had to pay shipping. Then they informed me, after I sent my unit back at my expense, that their warehouse was moving so there would be delays. I have been waiting over a month for them to ship me a new unit. Amazon could probably get me a new one tomorrow so go figure. Unit works ok when it did work for the grand total of ~4 hours. I think there is some major cost cutting or something going on with what was once a leading company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Terrible product, and even worse employees.Look for literally any other company for wireless communication. Cardo and Uclear are better options to look into.

Horrible company and Bluetooth helmet. Stopped working within 6 months. I rarely use the helmet. Sena makes the customer pay for shipping on a warranty claim. Out $50 on a product that been worn a handful of times. The whole return process is backwards. Stay clear of this company and look elsewhere for Bluetooth technologies.

Instructions incomplete for their products, their support is nonexistent, and the application they provide for firmware updating completely locks up both computers I've tried it on. Huge mistake spending over $2000 for this helmet/intercom system.

Avoid this business. The products look impressive on the website, but they do not work. They are a scam outfit. The customer support is the worst. All it is is a round and round of avoiding responsibility. Do not waste your time, money and energy with this company.

I tried to have my Sena SMH10R fixed (Not even a year old) and Sena's customer service completely ignores my case to fix this issue. I would never buy from them ever again.

They sell products that have design parameters that ensure that they will not function for the purpose acquired.For example their SRL Mesh product has a maximum volume that is 50% less loud than the previous generation. Instantly this renders the unit an expensive paperweight for any motorcyclist that wears earplugs (the target audience).

I recently bought two Sena SRL2 bluetooth devices. From the beginning, I've experience many issues with sharing music from the iPhone, if the device is paired with the Zumo GPS. After a month of emails with technical support (request: 543979), the technician told me they don't even know if product's defect will ever fix. It's a not so bad product but with the worst customer service ever.

I can not believe how poorly they treat customers whom have bought not just one, but 4 headsets from them. I bought the 50S and it’s been an absolute disaster, issues with headset, lack of communication once a case is made. It took over a month for them to send me a shipping label, and now require me to send the headset back for who knows how long In the middle of summer. Im super bummed out because I recommended people to these headsets at the shop and feel like I’ve let the customers down, while they continue to let me down. Do yourself a favor and buy a Cardo, because as soon as they have your money they no longer care. If I could leave a worse review I would. I will never purchase a sena headset again or recommend them at our shop. Sena ?

Purchased 30k for my parents. They gave the gift back. Tried to hook them up tonight. What a joke, these guys firmware update needs to go through a computer with a program that looks like was made in the late 90s! Get it together guys

Bought Sena S5 Bluetooth Headset for my motorcycle helmet last spring. Within 7 months they stopped working. I contacted Sena because they are under manufactures warranty. I had to provide my receipt, then a picture of the back of the headset. After providing this, they had me update the firmware on the unit, and then make me run through several other troubleshooting procedures. I have told them repeatedly that the unit is defective and that I would like an RMA to return them for either a repair or a new unit. After 3 weeks of providing everything requested, they now will not answer my requests for an update on my open ticket. C'mon Sena.. Seriously? This is really poor customer service, considering your product didn't even last 7 months. I can and will pick up another set of bluetooth headsets, but most definitely be from a different company. Not only am I disappointed with your product, but your customer service has been worse. Hard to believe what you put your customer's through for a simple RGA for a warranty evaluation.
