Very busy location. Surprisingly, doesn't carry everything as other locations. Hard to find assistance.

I wish I can put negative star towards Vivian. She is totally not professional one. She is late in her appointment. Did not taking the customer seriously, I’ve been waiting before the appointment just to appreciate her time. Even worse, she just been clumsy and not nice. First time ever dealt with this person in Sephora.
