This is by far the worst location! The employees are soooo rude and low key racist. So I’ve been to this location a few different times. I always think ok maybe this time will be different. Maybe it was just that employee But no. First it was the older lady in the evening or night. She had no customer service at all. Not a smile or hello. Then a white gentleman walked in she greeted him with no problem. I would’ve said something but I let her slide…that time. Then I went again there was this heavy set Hispanic or Asian man who works overnight. He was the worse. Instead simply stating they were still closed which I had no idea because door was open. He slammed the door in my face and locked it and then gave me the cut throat signal but I think it was his way of say it was close but I was literally at the door before he locked it. He could’ve said ma’am were close we open at whatever time they open. Again I would’ve said something but somethings are not getting mad over, but I’m not letting that slide how I let the other lady slide. This particular incident happened 1/30/2025 in the morning. Unfortunately I have to let corporate know what’s happening so they can correct their employees. Sometimes I think these people forget they work in customer service. However there is one Hispanic guy that works there that I came across and when I tell you he’s sooo cool and chill and he always makes me feel welcomed. He made sure he greeted me coming and going. Next time I will get his name and edit this because I don’t want to group him with the rest of his unprofessional coworkers.

This location stole $12 from me. I purchased gas with a car wash and never received the code. The app has my receipt and no code. I asked for the code and was told “honestly I cannot help you with that”. ALWAYS use your credit card my company stuck it to them and disputed and reversed the charge. Very unethical I am very thankful for my credit card company!

GO WELL GO SHELL ! I only pump Shell gas into my Nissan 350Z so I had a search for a Shell gas station not too far from our new home in Irvine. THIS WAS MY PICK ! I drove over here on Wednesday just before midday and gassed up. They've got a car wash too so I might be back !

Happy Friday y'all please be careful when you guys go to Shell gas station here on 3720 Barranca Pkwy, Irvine, CA 92606, I was assaulted by a homeless Yesterday at 8:30 pm he threw coins on my face and tried to hit me because I didn't give him money and the 2 Employees of the gas station were only laughing about what was happening and the worst thing was that my kids were there with Me ???, ( the homeless is a white male, High 5.8, weight 160, with Very short hair ) Be careful Everyone.

These pumps simply do not work. They'll accept my card, but when I take up the nozzle the screen just reads "Thank you for shopping today!" I've tried multiple pumps and the same thing happens. each time. Extremely annoying. (The contactless card readers don't work either, by the way.)

Would give 0 stars if I could - pump 9 doesn’t work and they will charge you and not refund you even though it’s their machine that’s broken. Be careful because there is no sign up that says it’s broken
