What a rip off. They told me I would get the same pricing as the store in Santa Ana (less than 10 minutes away). They ended up charging me more than DOUBLE the Santa Ana Sherman Williams price. $41 for 1 gallon of white paint which Santa Ana would have charged me $17 for!! White Paint!!! Stay away.

Having purchased a new home with interior Sherwin-Williams paint, I went to this location to buy some touchup paint since the builder left me with none.
There was no customers in the store and when I approached the employee and explained my situation, he became very antagonistic with me. I explained to him my situation and gave him the color code for the paint and he began berating me and telling me to call the builder and come back. I explained I needed a little guidance and he continued telling me to call the builder.
I was in shock with his ‘people skills’ and lack of customer service. He would not assist me and continued to telling me to go ask the builder. The rudeness and belittling behavior was abhorrent.
It became quite obvious this store only wants to deal with contractors and not the neighborhood and local families looking for assistance.
The district manager needs to take a hard look at this store and its employees. I would have preferred them to tell me, “We only deal with contractors “ if you bring a brick and mortar store in the community and “raise the flag” as a community partner, you need to overhaul this store. I find better service at a big box retailer.
As a business your goal should be to make the customer feel a little better and more educated after they leave then before they entered. This store doesn’t do this!!! I will NEVER be back.
This employee has no business servicing the community of Irvine.
Side-note: had a nice commercial painter who overheard the later part of the conversation, apologize for what I had to endure and explained a few steps for me.

The staff was very unhelpful and Mikayla who was one of the employees was very un professional. So I will not be shopping here again. Goodbye Sherman Williams.

I had gone to Sherman Williams paint and the employee was very rude and had said very unmannered words that shouldn’t be said while working. I just really felt uncomfortable and did not want to shop there anymore. I believe her name was Mikayla. The store seemed ok but the staff was very bad. ??

Hey so I’m a regular customer here because I’m always shopping for my projects I do but I will sadly not shop here anymore because of how rude Mikayla Price had been to me. I literally don’t know what her problem was but it just wasn’t professional at all. And I hope Sherman Williams fixes this issue because allot of people that I’ve seen in the reviews have left negative reviews about the same employee not being respectful so please fix this

I had gone to Sherwin-Williams Paint store to get some paint for my house and I had met a worker named Mikayla Price and she was very rude and had been very disrespectful and I just don’t know how a store could have such bad employees working there. Very upsetting!

The store manager McKayla(?) tried to get me to accept a gallon of paint for my order that had clearly been leaking and had a large strip of dried paint caked to the side from the seam where the handle met the bucket. I complained and luckily her staff was willing to replace with an intact gallon while she was giving excuses about the leak being from an unrelated can of paint. I’m concerned that she will retaliate against her staff for helping me while she refused to do so initially.

They made me lose money, they didn't give me the color I asked for, it's darker, they don't know how to read the formula of the paint, the same paint is applied by the same person.
